Was nervous about getting a tooth extraction and Christine and dental nurse put me at ease and it wasn’t near as bad as I thought it would be. Christine always makes her patients feel at ease with her sympathetic manner.

I’ve been with this practice for many years and I couldn’t rate them highly enough. Dental care is expert using all the latest technologies. Everything is well explained. All of the staff from dentists to receptionists are friendly and most welcoming. 5 stars!

Until today, I have avoided going to the dentists for years, and there have been a few, if I had known it could be such a nice experience with no pain and trauma, I would have gone years ago. Natasha is brilliant, and so calming, yet still professional, explained everything with patience. Suffered for years needlessly.

Recently moved to Bangor and registered here, I have a fear of going to the dentists and found myself with severe toothache so had no option but to grab an appointment. After feeling sick and anxious on the morning of my appointment I was made to feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming as too were Terri and Victoria . Once sat in the chair I was made to feel at ease everything was explained to me and I felt very comfortable. I needed an extraction which was my biggest fear and again everything was explained and the procedure was over with very quickly and with very little discomfort.....first time I've never cried too. All I can say is I'm glad I chose to register here and look forward to my next visit!

No-one wants to go to the dentist but it is good to be able to trust your dentist. Money and health don't normally make good partners but in Shore Rd they do.

I was welcomed early for my appointment by my dentist Susan Nelson and her assisting nurse, whose name I'm sorry I don't know, to undergo a dental implant. Both Susan and the nurse were suitably kitted out, taking extra precautions.The room was very clean. Susan clearly explained what she was doing throughout the procedure and the nurse asked if I was ok. The whole process went very smoothly and I experienced little pain. An explanation kit with suitable pain killers, gels and swabs were given to me and post operative appointments were checked. I couldn't fault any part of this experience, except of course you have to pay for the skills and materials required to successfully complete this procedure!! Many thanks, Richard

My dental health has much improved in the last 2 decades under Shore Rd Dental care. It’s a friendly but highly efficient service and I trust Susan my dentist here implicitly.

My 2-hour visit for preparation for veneers was making me quite anxious, but I was treated with kindness and consideration, and dealt with very professionally.
