Decent Vietnamese restaurant with many options on the menu. The food tasted good and the service was good. Price was £27/ person including a 13% service charge. The dining environment was nicely decorated but very very loud.

Food was amazing, great portion. Loved the garlicky beef pho, the deep fried sea bream was very crispy and went super well with the sweet sauce and mango salad. Only thing is perhaps the portion of the soft shell crab was a bit small. This restaurant is quite crowded most of the time, be sure to make reservations if you have a large group and wouldn't want to wait

The pho was very good. Their house special option was a bit weird because it had boiled cucumber and mango inside, and most of the meat was in the form of meatballs. However, the broth was very rich, with distinctive peanut flavour. This version of pho was actually something in between of ramen and pho and I really liked it. The set of Vietnamese rolls for the starters was good. The staff was okay. The place inside was a bit dirty (seats, tables etc), so if you are looking for something really fancy then I would recommend looking elsewhere but if you are mostly interested in food then this place might be a good option

Soho brunch is much better than Shoreditch one. You need to make reservation in advance. The space is quite narrow and crowd. The food is tasty but a little pricy. I like the signature noodle soup but it is £18. I also like the steamed rice sheet with minced pork. This one is not available at Shoreditch brunch and also the service is not that good over there.

The best Vietnamese restaurant in London!! Since I've discovered this place, I've been going every week without fail. The food is just so good, portions are extremely generous and prices very low for what you get. The ambience is very modern and clean, with a Vietnamese twist. Staff members are also all Vietnamese, which make the experience eve more realistic! Can't recommend this place enough

Very authentic Vietnamese restaurant in the middle of Soho, London 🥰. We came here many times and have tried Pho beef, Saigon pancake, summer roll, mango salad, betel leaf wrap, Tapioca Hue dumplings, Hanoi style Banh Cuon, Bun cha Hanoi. They are all so so good. I brought my German friends here and now they are in love with Vietnamese food ☺️

So unhygienic!!!! 🤮 I would have given 5 stars 🌟 for this place if I hadn't seen the staff who served us went to blow her nose with tons of mucus on the napkin and right after she went to grab a water bottle with her unwashed and unsanitised hands and gave it to a table and then served us food with those hands. So disgusting! Food is good and authentic but could do with some hygiene training.

Food was OK, maybe I'm comparing to other places I have been but this is just my honest opinion. I was expecting more from other people reviews and that was the reason I was visiting this place today. Starter presentation look basic not very appetising, although soup was really tasty. This place can improve on a little bit more seats cleanliness and customer service which is almost not existing 🤔 Paying almost £70 you expecting a little bit more that basic food and more kind words HOW WAS YOU FOOD, IS EVERY THING OK WITH YOUR FOOD....

The starter was amazing! The staff could be more friendly and pay more attention to the customers ( had to keep my hands up to call them twice) but the food is good in the general. Not the best pho I had before but it’s a good one.

don’t know why this place is so underrated.. went there with a Vietnamese friend and she said it was really authentic too! first time that I tried ban cuon and the rice paper wrapping the ingredients was really chewy and tasty. pho and stir fried chicken were also good!

As a Vietnamese person, I highly recommend this restaurant!! This is authentic and man everything I ate was delicious. I am not easily impressed but the banh cuon had the thinnest wrapped and perfect chewy texture. They don't skimp on the pork filling or veggies either. Nuoc cham dipping sauce was not too sour or fishy and complimented the dish well. The original pho was incredible. Thick wide banh pho noodles with deep, rich, clear broth was surprisingly one of the best I've ever had. I wasn't even that hungry but I ate every bite of it. The place was pretty full so I would make reservations if you can!!

The reception people need to be more friendly face to customers I will say , the food is good , the portion is right , 13% service charge for a noodles bar I personally think is a bit too much . The extra sauces on the table is very detail . I like that , the soup of pho is very delicious, but why bean sprouts is cooked ?? Should be fresh for us to add in the hot soup which will be crunchy texture . Overall is fine .

Foods were super good! I love the phos we had - the garlicky one, and the Saigon sate one. The soup base is very thick. The seafood platter is average, nothing special. You may have it anywhere. The drinks were good too - pineapple coconut and sour plum ones - they are rich in flavors. But the place was quite crowded.

Surprisingly very good food here and although it was very busy service was still fast and friendly. All the starters I ordered and the pho was very tasty and portion size is decent too. It’s a bit more expensive but the quality and taste here is definitely worth it. Because they are fairly busy I would recommend to make a reservation.

Great food and great ambience. Ordered a spring roll and a pho - the beef was really good👌but soup on slightly sweeter side (am being very critical here). Would have preferred a bit more fishy taste but understand that this is London and the restaurant is catering to a more diverse profile. Overall good experience.

Stumbled upon this restaurant in Soho and were surprised to be seated immediately despite the restaurant being very busy and full, but for good reason. The food was very fresh and flavorful and came very quickly. We ordered the Seafood Pho, Original Pho, Banh Xeo and Banh Cuon. Everything was so delicious and the waitress was nice as she even suggested what to order. Will definitely be returning!

Visited Cay Tre for some Vietnamese food. It was very busy but we didn’t have to wait too long for a table. love pho and the broth here was delicious. But unfortunately the beef in the pho was like shoe leather and completely inedible.

This is hands down the best Vietnamese rice noodles I've ever tasted! Priced reasonably, I opted for the traditional Pho, packed with various beef cuts in a hearty portion. The rice noodles in this bowl stand out, devoid of any powdery texture, owing to its fresh ingredients and specially curated soup base. The pork vermicelli boasts an excellent consistency and is enriched with freshly minced meat. The fried chicken wings are unique in flavor, striking the right balance between saltiness and crispiness. Don't miss out on the Vietnamese coffee or their other beverages; they're a class apart from the overly sweet ones you find elsewhere. Despite the bustling environment and slightly tight seating, the service was commendably swift.

We ordered the garlic pho and vegetarian buddha bowl. For the pho, the broth was really tasty and there were bits of garlic in it (wish there was more garlic and more bean sprouts and herbs!) There was a good portion of noodles in the pho but not the buddha bowl and you can still feel hungry. The spring rolls were really crispy and delicious! It was very busy and really noisy. Tables are packed quite closely to each other, and the restaurant is long and narrow, meaning there can be a lot of foot traffic from staff and other diners. It can be difficult to hear each other speak. The restaurant decor has alot.of beautiful lanterns. I think the staff are incredibly busy and tired, so we did not get much service and had to work to get their attention and wait for them to serve multiple diners before getting to us. (Also serving other people whilst taking our orders, and whilst paying the bill). So I felt 13% service charge was a bit steep.

A bustling Vietnamese pho restaurant in the Soho district of London is thriving, with nearly every seat occupied. Undoubtedly authentic, this pho establishment surpasses chain restaurants in both the taste of its broth and the texture of its rice noodles. While the summer rolls are relatively standard—a safe pick that won't disappoint—their quality is still superior. Despite the crowded atmosphere, the service remains swift. The only drawback is that, compared to chain Vietnamese pho establishments, the prices are noticeably higher.

Loved this restaurant so much!! I would definitely recommend if you want authentic and delicious vietnamese food. The staff and service was excellent!! 10/10 restaurant definitely go ! My friend and I spent around £90 between the two of us. A little on the expensive side but we did order a lot. What we ordered: Sugarcane juice, Melon fish cocktail, tapioca hue dumplings, steamed rice rolled crepes hanoi style, saigon xeo pancake (chicken & prawn), wok fried pho (chicken), original pho.

I think I had one of the best meals I've ever had in my life! It was really good! I had the sizzling sea food platter and it was amazing!

Good location, good food. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food for the most part is well done. I found the pho broth to be lacking in flavor and I wasn't a big fan of the noodles used. The Bun Sa with chicken was much better and hit all the right flavour notes. The interior and lighting were nicely done however the lights were up too bright during my visit. Overall good but could be better.

Great tasty food! Good portions and the flavours are enjoyable, my first Vietnamese experience was very positive. For better experience I suggest to share the dishes you order 🙂 (Sharing is caring 😉)

Food was too oily, at least what I ordered. Other dishes look better, like soups or noodle bowls. Very popular place with big portions. Service is quite good considering how busy they are.
