I cannot recommend River Dental highly enough. I have been visiting the practice for several years now and my "old" teeth have never looked better. Richard and Alison are both excellent....professional, gentle and easy to approach. Richard's dentistry is first class. He is very patient and explains everything clearly and in detail and answers all my questions however petty or bizarre. I trust him completely. Visiting River Dental is always a stressfree experience and the staff seem to genuinely care about their patients.

Always have a great experience at River Dental, been with the Dentist Richard for years, and Alyson the Hygienist is brilliant too! The Receptionists are always polite and helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else and in fact have just recommended Richard to a work colleague 😃

I wasn’t looking forward to finding a new dentist after I moved from Essex where I’d found a great one - but I’m so glad I chose River Dental! All of the staff here are so lovely, friendly and understanding. I had an old filling replaced today that I’d put off for a year because I was nervous for it, but Alex was so sweet and really reassured me through the whole experience. It’s such a relief to find a practice that feels like they genuinely care about their patients. I would definitely recommend especially if you’re somebody who’s a little apprehensive about dental work; the only caveat is parking in Stockbridge can be a little hit and miss but that’s no fault of the dentist, just make sure to get there early so you have plenty of time to find a parking space!

Consistently up to date diagnosis and treatment from expertly professional staff, who treat you as a VIP on all visits. Welcoming and efficient Reception staff in a calm and stylishly furnished reception area makes any dental visit very bearable!

Great experience as aways. My daughter is not keen on having her teeth checked after trauma as a. young child with another dentist. Richard always talks directly to her (not via mum) and she feels safe and happy in his chair.

River Dental provides a relaxing and professional environment which will put even anxious patients at ease. I have found all staff to be professional and courteous. Unnecessary procedures or over frequent check ups are not pushed, so overall value for money is good.

Rachel removed my very painful lower right wisdom tooth with the utmost care. I didn't even need stitches! I would certainly recommend if you are having similar problems!

Have just had another check up. The staff have, as always been great. There was a time when i would have to be coaxed into a dentist and more or less held down, happily those times are gone. have booked another check up in 6 months, Thank you soo much Mary Whatmore
