Lovely family break at Bluestone. Fun acrobatic show at Serendome. It was disappointing that all the food and drink units were closed upon exiting the show; that is a lost opportunity for for Bluestone more than an inconvenience to us. Following an operation I had to use a wheelchair during our stay, this evidenced consideration had been made when planning access and therefore posed no issue in regards to navigating the resort.

Even better than last year. Kids loved the wacky racers, the woodland creature story, and the fabulous Pumpkin Lab Show, which was amazing. Can not wait to come back again.

Love Bluestone Serendome is great waterplay, sandpit, and soft play building blocks, sky walk and other activities. They also hold seasonal shows in the cloud theatre. A few small shops a bar a few food options.

Nice outdoor play area in Bluestone. The sides are open so it does feel chill. Plenty of activities to engage the little ones. The play area includes playing in Water, sand, slides and swings. They also have a theatre or show area in the centre. There are small restaurants inside Serendome to have a snack or meal.

Visited every day of the week. Attended the pirate show which was fabulous for everyone. Children played on sand area and small playground and water features. Enjoyed a coffee.

We love the Serendome! Great space which is covered from the elements but still gives the aspect of being outdoors. Great activities to do within the Serendome with sandplay, waterplay and the playground. We ate a picnic in the seated area by the terraces and found it clean and comfortable. My daughter also took part in the Mini Sky Walk for the second time and thoroughly enjoyed. The instructors were so helpful to my daughter. We also visited Mr Wonders Silly Circus in the Cloud theatre and loved the show! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Lovely covered play areas including a sand area, water play area and more generic play area aimed at younger children and toddlers but hard to judge fully as food places were shut throughout our stay save for bar, coffee bar and waffle hut. Event space was also closed during our stay save for one night we did not attend. Our kids loved the play areas though. The pedal kart thing was a bit of a rip off to be honest and my son got bored of essentially waiting 40 minutes to drive up and down a long ramp twice, despite the best efforts of the staff to mix it up and we left before doing it again for the final part.

Nice place, bit different and nice things to do, our two year old enjoyed it, particularly the water stuff. Parents - if your taking a toddler here and they want to play in the water stuff, bring a towel and change of clothes for them. It isn’t swimming, but trust me, they get wet. We, along with quite a few other parents were caught short with this. Also, if it is sunny, it gets HOT in here, think greenhouses - just dress appropriately.

Lovely place, especially for the Christmas period with all the Christmas trees, lights, snow, food and drink hut's and the activities, but you have to book and pay in the gift shop in the serendome for some activities.
