If you are looking for a rich delicious meal, this is the right place to go. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the food is so delicious and the staff is quite friendly. I love the lamb neck with the dill rice, fantastic food, so delicious. The starters were very good as well, and they are well presented. I been surprised of the design of the tea pot. Overall the whole experience was very nice and we were happy to be there. I recommend them and I am looking forward to visit them again.

Initially we booked online to come here 3 weeks ago but when we arrived there was a sign saying 'its closed due to technical error'.We were never been emailed about this cancellation so it was a let down but we decided to give another go and finally our first visit. the food was lovely, the atmosphere was warm and cosy. The inside decoration was beautiful. The staffs were really friendly too. Deffo will be back.

I came here for my graduation lunch with my family. Great food, great service, great price! I’ve also visited Persian empire with my friends a couple of times; we’ve always enjoyed our food and experience.

Excellent Iranian food! The meat was tender and perfectly grilled. Child friendly with great atmosphere. The waitress was very friendly and helpful.

Posting this 10 mins after having a meal here with my team at work. Absolutely fantastic! The food was beautifully cooked and presented. The flavours were delicate, subtle and each mouthful made you want more. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the menu. It was my first time eating Persian cuisine. It will definitely not be the last as I plan to return here with the wife very soon. Thank you Persian Empire for a fantastic meal!

Definitely go hear. I love the staff there absolutely polite great service skills and they serve you to more than 101%service. There food absolutely outrageously incredible I love there food it's served fresh and on the plate its designed very well and it's taste melts in your mouth. These guys are a five star in hygiene and food wow it personally needs to be more there really great hear. Please keep doing good 😊👍

I love this place, top quality Iranian food! After the lockdown many restaurants have gone to cheaper meat suppliers which obviously reflects on the quality of the dish overall but not with this place. They kept the quality which is very important ( at list to me) I rather pay extra and eat well. Always been a massive fan of persian food, I will definitely back again. Highly recommended! The food was delicious. I'm not too familiar with Persian cuisine but now I'm completely won over. I had a lamb stew with rice, and both were packed full of flavour. There was also top feedback from my friends who had a variety of different dishes. The service was first class and you got the sense that the waiter was genuinely keen for you to enjoy the food. I'll definitely return.

Being Arab, I’m always on the hunt for authentic Middle Eastern food. I came here for lunch and all in all, was content with the food. I ordered the lamb kofta which was nice; admittedly the lamb was a little on the dry side, and the rice lacked the signature taste I craved for. That being said, the food was value for money (you won’t break the bank here), and staff were quick to serve us.

In the city centre of Nottingham we went back to this restaurant as guests. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered a variety of Persian food. One more delicious than the other. It’s best to order a few dishes if it’s the first time you go to an Iranian restaurant so that you could taste them all.

Had a lovely meal at the Persian Empire on our recent weekend break in Nottingham. The kebabs were excellent. The service very friendly and a fair price. It was a little quiet but Sunday evenings often are. Will certainly go back on our next Nottingham visit.

Excellent place, with authentic Persian food. The Kashk-o-Bademjan (aubergine starter) was exquisite as was the Ghel-Gheli meatballs. We had fesenjoon (sweet and sour chicken with hints of walnuts and pomegranate) and the Baghali polo ba Gardan (24 hour slow cooked neck of lamb on sizzling plate served with saffron rice) - both were deliciously remarkable. Good waiter service, nice ambience and reasonably priced. Would definitely go again! The only down side was the kitchen was open air and close to the seating area, so all our clothes (including underwear!) reeked of food smells afterwards.
