I cannot thank you enough for my wonderful retreat. It was something I had often thought about doing but it was the ethos and set-up of The Salt Sisterhood that really captured my heart and made me book. I had such a brilliant time with so much laughter and adventure, and came away with newfound friendships. The food was incredible - please get Tess and Jo to set up one of those food delivery businesses! It really was worth every penny - many of my beautiful giftbag items still get used often - you really spoilt us with those treats and they continue to bring a bit of The Salt Sisterhood to my everyday life. Simply a fantastic yoga & wildswimming retreat in Portugal with amazing vegetarian food, curated swimming excursions, wonderful morning and evening yoga classes, a good balance between activities and time to rest, and the sweetest hosts. The whole team was extremely hospitable, helpful and pure joy to spend time with. The days in our dreamy Portugiese villa just flew by, and at the end of the week no one in our group wanted to leave. How could we after being pampered from head to toe? Thinking about attending one of their retreats? Go for it!

I can’t recommend the Salt Sisterhood enough. Lauren and Patrick have built a fantastic brand and the retreat exceeded every expectation. From the house to the food to the beautiful swims and even the weather(!) everything was wonderful. In addition, the effort they go to in order to get every detail right made everything all the more special. I bought a bikini from the salt sisterhood when they first started selling their own swimwear and have loved wearing it. Recently I had a problem with a seam coming undone and asked if it could be repaired. I was immediately contacted and asked to return it and a new one was sent out to me. What fantastic service! The older bottoms still match the new top exactly showing the quality of the swimwear. I would highly recommend having a look!

I had an amazing time with the Salt Sisterhood in Cornwall. Lauren and Patrick have created a really special retreat that is excellent value for money. The food, company, house, and activities made for the perfect getaway. If you're thinking about booking a retreat, go for it! I highly recommend.

The Salt Sisterhood retreat is the best! What could be better than pretty coastal walks, swimming in hidden coves, delicious food, and a gorgeous house with a glimpse of the ocean. Loved all the little touches e.g. chai tea and nibbles waiting when you get out the sea. All the other ladies on the retreat were lovely so the retreat must be good at attracting like-minded guests.

A truly joyful retreat with soul in Portugal. Every tiny detail thought of. Fantastic, really thoughtful leadership, yoga and company. Such a privilege to experience the perfect villa, food and swimming spots. Yoga studio and swimming heaven. Also a lot of laughter. I needn’t have been nervous about going alone.
