Julie Adams - I've been going to Julie for several years, mostly for facials and massage. There is a peace and calm at The Haven which is relaxing and welcoming. A true professional, Julie works on problem areas, making a real difference. The head and neck massage which she does as part of her facials is wonderful and a fantastic stress relief. Highly recommended.

I had Ayurveda full body massage with Virginia Compton. It was wonderfully relaxing and soothing. Virginia is a dedicated Ayurvedic practitioner and she was kind and caring to me and my mother who is 85 years old. I would highly recommend Virginia for anyone seeking Ayurveda wellbeing support and wisdom. I also want to say that the clinic is welcoming, cosy, relaxing and we felt very well taken care of on all levels. The booking system is easy and communication prior to appointment works well. I fully recommend the Haven and Virginia's practice.

Anna Walker has consistently given me very beneficial Bowen treatment over quite a number of sessions now. My acupuncture sessions with Nicola have been informative, supportive and incredibly healing. Nicola is an incisive and generous practitioner; her experience is obvious in her clear thinking especially for me her knowledge around diet, essential oils and approaching symptoms from a holistic framework. I chose Nicola to try acupuncture for the first time as a female with menstrual pain, fatigue and pain in my throat and face. After an open conversation about my past in the consultation session, Nicola was open to an entanglement of my symptoms and past traumas and treated them as one. This happened in an emergent way, as a holistic approach often does. The sessions have been transformative. I feel lighter after carrying a heavy weight on one side of my body, I am less tired day to day, my period pains have reduced significantly and the pain in my face has dispersed. All in all, I feel calm and capable, lighter yet more grounded and whole. I’m writing this a few months since my first session and I continue to see Nicola once every 4-6 weeks to strengthen the shift and to continue on a road of health and wellbeing.

Judith has massively helped my headaches and tight muscles with the massages she's given me. Looking forward to my next one!
