Disclaimer: I’ve worked for Lush in North America for about a decade now. Does it make me biased? Maybe. However, it also makes me a bit more critical, too. The shop: Fresh and so well maintained. The staff were very friendly and engaging—their product knowledge was impeccable. My son and I had spa treatments booked, so I’ll speak to the spa next! My son had The Spell with Miguel and I enjoyed The Good Hour with Kris. After a long week of travel, both were perfect. If you didn’t know, Kris is a bit of a spa legend—so a geek-out moment for me. Unbelievably relaxing and it made me proud to introduce my son to what Lush is at its core: an oasis of kindness and care. I won’t tell you details about the treatments. I don’t want to spoil them for you. They’re all experiential and gorgeous. Pick whatever strikes you and trust your gut. Thank you, Lush Edinburgh for an incredible visit. You are magical and radiant beings.

I was gifted the Fresh Facial and what a gift this was. Upon entering the shop, all staff were really welcoming and the store was well stocked and smelling beautiful as usual. My Therapist, Miguel, was really welcoming, describing the facial treatment in full detail to me. After discussing my skin type, Miguel handpicked Lush products that he felt best suited my skin. The room was cosy and comfortable and I was put at ease very quickly. The facial itself was amazing and one of the best facials I have had. The smells from the different products used were wonderful and my skin felt so clean and refreshed. It was positively glowing. Miguel gave me a list of the products used on my face and asked if I would like to take any samples home with me to use in the coming days, which I did. There was absolutely no mention or pressure to purchase any Lush products after the treatment however they are wonderful products so why not treat yourself. Miguel definitely went the extra mile to ensure that my facial experience was the best and I cannot recommend Miguel and Lush Spa Edinburgh highly enough. I'll be buying Lush Spa vouchers for friends as Christmas gifts and sharing this wonderful experience with them and treating myself to another voucher too. Thank you to Karen and Jess for their help! I had absolutely no knowledge about fragrances, just knew I wanted something that wasn’t too feminine. They both took the time to offer recommendations and explain what to keep in mind when buying a fragrance, even encouraging me to take a break from sampling to come back with a clear nose. I walked away having treated myself to a nice perfume for the first time ever, and I LOVE it. Have already gotten several compliments on it!

Amazing experience fir my birthday, that I can't describe. The staff is so kind, they really take care of us. The massage and then the bath were a perfect moment. The products are natural and very good. Thank you Lush. ♥️

I would say to anyone who visits Edinburgh they must visit the Lush Spa !! I have been twice now for the Tangled Hair and Energiser treatments and they have both been exceptional and unlike any spa experience I’ve had before. I have been lucky enough to have Kris for both of my treatments and my husband had Kim for a Tailor Made treatment and nearly fell asleep he was so relaxed !!

I had a Good Hour Spa treatment with Kim and it was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive and made me feel important the whole time I was there. The massage was a whole fabulous experience in itself and when done by Kim, you will always leave feeling 1000% better than when you came in. Thank you Kim and Lush Spa Edinburgh <3

I highly recommend the bath bomb making class in Lush Princes St, Katy kept the kids entertained and patiently explained how to do everything. All the staff in store were friendly and helpful. Well worth the money, kids delighted and want to go back!

Skye was INCREDIBLE helping me choose a bathbomb for an important part of the Edinburgh Fringe for me… LUSH: The Bathbomb Musical (at my B&B during a busy week of work and theatre…) And then popped a sneaky face mask in my bag, which I will absolutely be paying forward. I went for a double spell with my mum and had a wonderful, totally relaxing time. Katie was my therapist and she was absolutely incredible. The whole experience was seamless and beautifully delivered I was very impressed. I left feeling very light and happy, thank you Katie! 😊

Visited the Edinburgh LUSH spa for the first time and had a fantastic experience. My partner and I had a double The Good Hour treatment, and our spa therapists Amanda and Miguel were wonderful! They both made us feel warm and welcome, and really took the time to understand what we needed from the treatment. The treatment itself was exactly what we needed after exploring Edinburgh for days beforehand - so relaxing but also so functional for the muscles. Didn't feel rushed afterwards at all - we were encouraged to take as much time needed to enjoy our tea and use the products in the bathroom. I've got to add that the cottage-like decor in the spa is gorgeous. Thanks and see you again!

I just had a Tailor made massage with Alice! It was absolutely lovely, I feel relaxed for the first time in weeks and Alice was very sweet and looked after me well. Thanks again :-)
