As I have said before the process from start to finish was relatively a easy one, apart from a little hiccup to do with the delivery which I know was out of the hands of the dealership, The staff was excellent right from the begining, Catherine the sale person kept me fully updated at every step of the process I really don't know where I would have been without all her calls and updates, even Jane the receptionist and the dealership manager were so helpful and professional. I would have no hesitation recommending Trust Ford Ballymena, to any of my family or friends the whole process was so well managed I gave 5 stars but would gladly have given much more. Wow what an amazing experience I had the minute I walked into Trust Ford Ballymena. The staff were very professional and helpful. It was so refreshing to be greeted by such friendly staff, I was offered tea/coffee immediately on my arrival. Steven the salesman was very courteous & respectful as I often feel Invisible when going into car dealerships but Steven put me at ease immediately on my arrival & was so friendly & helpful. His knowledge of the cars was very impressive & he helped me choose a car best suited to me. It was an absolute joy & pleasure meeting Steven, such a lovely young man. Keith worked really hard to get me the best deal on my car finance & done an amazing job. Martina & Jane the ladies at reception were so lovely to me. The guys who got my car ready for collection done an amazing job. All the staff made my visit very pleasant & they are a credit to Trust Ford.
