We have done several of their rooms now and will be doing more! Friendly staff and well priced. The jungle room was amazing! Very fun and interactive. We were a group of 6 and had plenty to do with very little time where we weren't all doing something. Would highly recommend! Out of other escape room companys this one has been my favourite!!

Amazing place! We booked for our daughters 15th birthday. She had 3 friends and I went as they required an adult, understandably. Really easy to find and only a short drive from Ely. The rooms were excellent! It was a challenge, but the lady was always on hand for extra clues. I'm excited to try the other rooms they have. Thanks to all involved, from the lady that assisted me over the phone when I booked to the lady who greeted us as we turned up. A real hidden gem. A must for any group gatherings!

Great escape rooms. Love the variety of puzzles. Have done The Vault and The Church so far. Both very good. Lots of different types of puzzle, not just a job-lot of combination padlocks like some places. They've done really well to avoid repeating puzzle types within the same room. Very highly recommended. Looking forward to trying The Jungle soon.

Escape Rooms Suffolk was great 👍🏻 we took on The Church, escaped before midnight and had a great time doing it. A wonderful set, and some fantastically thought out puzzles that gave us plenty to scratch our heads over. Team work makes the dream work - and without it, it’s just not possible to escape! It was very different experience to any escape room we’ve done before. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to all who enjoy a challenge! Many thanks to all at Escape Room Suffolk. The Vault and The Jungle are definitely on our list of rooms to escape 😎

We've done both The Vault and The Jungle now and we've had an amazing experience every time. The staff are really friendly. The rooms a well thought out and interesting. Especially compared to other company we've used in the past. The jungle had lots of different puzzles which could be solved at the same time which means everyone in our party of 7 was doing something at all times.

Great experience! We were a group of 7 mixed gender and age and took on the Church escape room. The service was excellent, very personal and they clearly care a lot about giving everyone a personal experience. The escape room itself was very well thought out with many tasks to compete simultaneously which worked well for the larger group. We managed to escape but it keep us busy for nearly the whole 60mins. We all had a great time and will be back to try out the other rooms.

Such a wonderful time! You can tell they genuinely care about customers’ overall experience and want you to have fun. The rooms are beautiful and the puzzles are unique and so so fun. I’ve gone through 20-30 escape rooms before and these are definitely standout. We (a group of 5) went through The Church and The Vault. Both were amazing and equally enjoyable, but for different reasons! The Church is creepy (but not scary!), while The Vault is techy. Overall, I highly recommend coming here if you’re even thinking about it! 10/10 experience all around, you’ll definitely feel like part of team by the time you leave!

Absolutely brilliant. Fantastic host, friendly welcome and we did all 3 of their current rooms, one of which was my 100th game! Their latest, The Jungle, went straight to the top of my favourite rooms list. Such great puzzles and amazing theming, with clever touches all over. From an independent creator this is top class. We will be back to play any other games they make!

The best escape rooms in the east by far! Our guide, Lauren, was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were well thought out, a variety of different puzzles for all ages and abilities. We did the Christmas room which was so fun. Really kept you on your toes and made you feel fully immersed. 10/10 will be back to do the other 2 rooms!

We went as a group of 5 last night for my nephews birthday, he had the best time! It was so cool to see how all the puzzles worked together and it flowed really well. Having never been to an escape room before I had no presumptions on what to expect, but this was an experience I will happily do again. All the staff are lovely and it makes it that touch better when you find out it’s all family owned, and the Dad creates all these rooms!!!! I don’t know who has a brain that works in riddles, but I’m excited to see what he comes up with next. We are all booking to try the jungle room next! We tried to book for the Jungle room in the first instance, but these guys are FULLY BOOKED!! It’s really not difficult to see why! Amazing job well done, can’t wait to return :)

Excellent Escape room. I’ve been three times now. The puzzles are always so good. The latest Christmas one is probably my favourite. Will definitely be back next Christmas, probably before. Thanks again.
