A 5 day stay at 46,scored 10 out of 10 for us.A place of privacy and a sense of peace cared for unobtrusively by Rick and his crew,a sense that you were the only occupant with the company of seagulls in the background in perpetual conference perhaps plotting the next CHIPS raid.Alas the Gulls could never lay their hands on our delicious breakfast presented so tastefully. Far from the Madding Crowds, yet a stones throw from the much frequented Old Town, away from the surroundings of later modernity. William the Conquered chose well and so will you. There is no need for Battle!!

My partner and I stayed at Number 46 as we were visiting Hastings. From the smooth booking, the text communications with helpful info about check in, right through to the room itself, everything was so lovely. Modern, smart and clean decor. Attention detail, especially with the make up remover towel, chocolates and mini fridge. Really comfortable bed. I would highly recommend and hope we can go back to stay again.

We stayed here for a week and it was a great experience. The house is very cute and modern and the bed was super comfortable, so we slept really well. All our wishes were fulfilled at breakfast as the food was freshly made and tasted great. But what makes this guest house actually stand out the most are Rick and Carlos who are so friendly and lovely hosts! We had such an awesome time celebrating our friends birthday with them and they even recorded a birthday song only for him in the morning! Honestly such good souls, so thank you so much for the blast and please take care of you! Maybe we will see each other again (:
