Would
not
recommend.
Had
nails
done
and
only
stayed
on
for
2
days.
My
response:
was
meant
to
come
in
today,
called
this
morning
and
cancelled
as
been
up
all
night
with
sickness
and
diarrhoea,
was
told
I
had
to
pay
the
full
amount
of
£28.50,
no
offer
of
coming
in
when
I
feel
better.
I
paid
full
amount,
but
won’t
be
returning.
I
always
turn
up
for
appointment
and
would
never
cancel
unless
I
really
had
to.
Feel
there
should
be
a
bit
of
understanding
and
consideration
of
salon
especially
at
this
time
of
year.
I
also
did
not
like
the
way
I
was
spoken
to
by
a
member
of
staff
and
their
attitude,
I
was
very
disappointed
I
couldn’t
make
appointment,
as
wanted
my
nails
to
look
nice
for
Christmas
but
felt
so
unwell
and
didn’t
want
to
pass
onto
your
staff.
I’m
sure
you
would
rather
someone
cancel
than
turn
up
and
make
all
your
staff
unwell
for
Christmas.
I
appreciate
you
are
a
small
business
and
if
customers
don’t
turn
up
or
cancel
last
minute
impacts
on
your
business,
that’s
why
I
called
first
thing
in
the
morning
8am,
I
know
how
busy
Christmas
can
be
and
you
should
have
been
able
to
fill
my
appointment
as
was
5pm
in
the
evening.
I
always
thinks
it
terrible
when
people
just
don’t
turn
up
,
very
inconsiderate,
which
is
something
I
have
never
done
and
never
would.
As
you
mention
I
had
visited
your
salon
a
few
times
and
never
cancelled
before
and
as
a
new
customer
maybe
you
shouldn’t
have
demanded
I
pay
the
full
£28.50,
I
was
going
to
mention
about
my
nail
only
lasting
2
days
when
I
came
in.
I’m
busy
like
everyone
at
this
time
of
year,
so
didn’t
have
time
to
come
in
before
.
