Do not move here. Everything is horrible, no cleaning, bin room is always full, cars parked outside the front door leaving barely any space to get between them, the venue next door is also horrible since it’s always hot in the apartments and you need to keep the windows and/or the door open and all you can hear is their horrible music.

Wouldn’t live here again if you paid me.

Only live here if you want your post stolen, greeted by binbags in front of your door and poor building management.

Do not move here. The building management are awful, one lift has never worked and the other regularly traps people. They don’t supply CCTV footage when things are stolen. There is often no hot water. Also you HAVE to join their heat network if you want hot water and heating (when it works) and they are a scam and consistently increasing their prices, we paid £15 per month upon moving in 18 months ago and now pay over £100, we’ve never turned the radiator on, this is above and beyond the cost of living issues. I’ve been lucky with nice neighbours but a lot of the higher levels are airbnbs so it is chaos on weekends and during events. The communal areas haven’t seen a lick of paint since it was first built, the bin emptying is sporadic and the whole place stinks constantly.

I have lived here for 8 months and it has been awful. The building management is non existent, the communication is awful, and that isn’t the worst part. Parcels are stolen daily from the mail room, I have had £800 worth of stuff stolen in the last 2 week. One of those items being a bike that was chained up with a heavy duty bike lock on the fifth floor which was cut in half and the bike stolen. I tried to report it to building management they didn’t respond to emails, texts or calls. They provide no information about who you are supposed to contact when these things happen. Finally the building is just dirty, rubbish everywhere, the bin room that never gets emptied and a venue next door that plays incredibly loud music until early hours of the morning so If your thinking about sleeping whilst you live here then this place might not be for you. Full of scally’s and tramps.

Horrendous building, do yourself a favour and don’t even consider it, communal areas are disgusting and no one seems to do anything about it, lifts constantly broken, full off scruffs and thieves who wonder into the building to steal residents belongings, extremely poorly maintained, also you are forced to go with energy provider called ginger energy who are scamming scumbags charging extortionate for a shocking service (hot water never works ) flats themselves are nice inside but constant issues occurring and poorly constructed,
