She teaches with great cues making sure directions are understood so you can easily follow her. Her vast knowledge is matched by a light, joyous + compassionate disposition. She wants to help + goes the extra mile to do so.

Monica is nothing short of a miracle worker as far as I'm concerned! She cured me of a persistent headache, stiff neck and most importantly she really helps with straightening me out. I find her treatment so relaxing, mostly very gentle with just the occasional manipulation. She gives great advice on how to help yourself too.

The clinic has a lovely, healing and relaxing energy, as does Monica. She's always willing to accommodate - if your need is more urgent or routine. She's very thorough and most important of all her treatments are highly effective. I keep going back for "maintenance". I highly recommend CotG and Monica especially.
