I have had several visits to HAUS of Dentistry and each time the customer service is second to none both inside and outwith the consulting/ treatment rooms. You really feel like your visiting family or friends! Today was no exception. This is definitely a 1st for me being offered a lovely hot cuppa on a cold day at 'the dentist' ! 😊

What a place! 5 star treatment from beginning to end. Conor, Melissa and nurses were amazing with me in surgery, everyone is so lovely, informative and approachable! I can’t wait to come back in 6 months time for my check up and scale and polish. I wish it was sooner! Who can say that about the dentist? Thankyou so much team HAUS. X

I've been going to Haus ever since it opened and it's truly changed how I feel about going to the dentist, I no longer dread it and actually look forward to it! I was in with Melissa for my airflow appointment today and had to take my toddler who decided to have a toddler moment and the girls were just unbelievably amazing, especially Lauren. They turned into a full on entertainment team with her favourite TV program, animal balloons made from gloves and 1 million other distraction techniques! They were incredible and it made such a difference to a stressed mum! Thank you girls, you are wonderful humans!

The service at HAUS was amazing, i was greeted at the door by Lauren and was made to feel so welcome and comfortable as soon as i arrived. I was receiving treatment from Dr Zain, both him and his dental assistant Kristyna were lovely and made me feel very at ease. Dr Zain asked prompting questions throughout or consultation about the desired look i would like for my teeth, he then listened intently to everything i had to say before giving his professional advice to bring together our ideas. I left my appointment very happy and i am more than looking forward to starting my treatment at HUAS of dentistry.

Each and every visit to HAUS of Dentistry has been great. I've been routinely attending for the last 3 months and have had appointments with Dr Connor, Dr Emmett and Melissa. Each member of the team is so friendly and welcoming. They explain everything in great detail and the experience of going to the dentist has actually become enjoyable! I highly recommend HAUS of Dentistry to anyone who is considering improving their smile!

I have just started my Invisalign treatment. I was slightly nervous not knowing what to expect, but all the staff at HAUS made me feel welcome from my initial check up. Zain answered all the questions I had and gave me loads more information and advice on what was going to happen. This put my mind at ease and I now look forward to going to the dentist. Great place and I would highly recommend.

Had an appointment with Melissa and Emma for Airflow today. As soon as I walked in it was such a beautiful welcoming atmosphere. The decor is unbelievable!!! I was quite nervous coming in due to never having the treatment before. But was put at ease straight away and the service is 1st Class. They are now going to be mine and my son's regular dentists. Fabulous xxxx

I have high expectations of a dental office, and Haus of Dentistry met all of them. The office is beautiful, the care is excellent, and the level of customer service from every employee is outstanding. Thank you. I'm so happy to have found all this in Ayrshire.
