Look no more What an amazing day we had at the althammond wedding Barn!! 5 stars does not rate this place enough from start to finish it was nothing less than anything we had wished for. The whole family circle said they felt like they where at home as soon as they walked threw the doors, welcomed with open arms. The place is like a home from home and if we had to do it all over again we wouldnt have changed a thing we gained new life long friends at this place heather Tom our hats come of to yous are both!! As mazing people who love eachother very much and this reflects in everything yous have achieved and how this place is run. As my dad said to me and Phil this morning when you find a partner with a heart that works with yours you both can achieve anything. If this venue has came up for you and you have a chance to pop in view don't pass it by I guarantee you wouldnt be disappointed. It is a hidden gem which won't stay that way for to long.... Home made fresh food ♥️ carvery dinner to feed the street and the deserts where amazing honestly you would believe how well feed everyone was threw out the whole day♥️ food, staff,grounds, are absolutely outstanding. This venue has great views over the sea plam trees!Everyone said how as soon as they stepped out of there car they felt like they where on holiday in another country with the views but no you are in the heart of ( Sunny northern Ireland) A venue with it all!! Home made hearty food green grass,sea views and a top class farm house with all original features preserved and transformed into a that 5 star wedding venue

One of the best B&B I've ever been into, with great hospitality. Feels like we are in a family house so warm! They even offered us a lift to the station ❤️so lovely place with lovely people ♥️

This venue is so quirky that seems to go on forever. Every piece of this venue is quaint and quirky on top of the most beautiful views! Everyone of the staff were absolutely amazing. All the food is home made by the owner and it was to die for! Was an amazing experience overall!

We had our wonderful winter wedding at Altahammond, it couldn’t have went better. Heather, Tom and their staff work tirelessly to make sure everything goes well. The food was outstanding and everyone loved it! As for the setting it is just perfect! If your looking for a quaint, quirky and romantic venue look no further than Altahammond.

We had our wedding there 2 years ago which was simply incredible so went back kast night ti celebrate our anniversary. The peace and tranquility of the location is simply second to none. Tom and Heather just can't do enough for you and the venue is full of character. It is just a wonderful go to place and we will be back.

Tom and Heather were wonderful hosts and incredibly accomadating. The rooms were suoer comfortable and tidy.

Spent Saturday 10th june 2023 at altahammond for my sons wedding, everything was amazing, Heather an Tom went over and above to make sure every need was met. Could not fault it in any way. Amazing day had by all.

We stayed here for 2 nights about 6km from carrickfergus the food was fantastic the rooms were immaculate Heather the owner was fantastic anyone looking to do thee gobbins walk should stay here well done

Altahammond is the most amazing magical place ! It’s quirky, unique and the owners Heather and Tom honestly can’t do enough for you !! Our guests haven’t stopped praising the place, the food and overall feel of the place. We had the best wedding ever ! I couldn’t recommend Altahammond Wedding Barn enough. Thank you so so much for such an amazing day !!!
