Staff excellent manager first class couldn't be more helpful

Really polite, friendly staff, the kind of customer experience that you very rarely find nowadays!

I came in with an item that was faulty and the staff here were extremely friendly and helped me straight away. Thanks to them I have a replacement item coming tomorrow :)

More of a collection point than a shop but still great to pick up your orders. I have never had to que.

No body answers the phone in this store and their on line system is rubbish.

How does anybody get through on the phone to Argos Carrickfergus?? I have a query for the manager in charge and I've tried about 10 times today! Each time going through options only to be told they're busy and can't answer!! This is soul destroying. M Young

I went to Argos at sainsburys to buy a paint roller. They had 5 choices, every one was "order now and collect in 5/6 days! " For something so simple I was having to wait nearly a week on a paint roller. Not very good in my opinion . I also wanted some espresso Glasses these were exactly the same order and collect in 5/6 days. It would be quicker to drive to another Argos or a B&Q store. Not that impressed by such a long wait.
