When Mel started to teach at the yoga studio I visited, I asked one of the students about their experience just after a Kundalini class. And they told me with a happy face: "It's crazy, you'd try it." So I did. And fell in love immediately. Classes differ from time to time. We practice a lot of breathing exercises and mindfulness. Mel's class is like a celebration every time: candles, music, essential oils. It could be a singing bowl and cards with foresight for the new month. And what's the most important is I feel that Mel cares deeply about everyone in the room. Thank you, Mel!

Last weekend I went to a beautiful full moon ceremony organised by the talented @chakramamahealing . I felt very fulfilled sharing such soulful moments with other women between kundalini yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathwork), chanting, journaling, reiki, and a cacao ceremony (amongst others). I loved the intentionality of it all and how connected I felt to these women although we had never met 🌞 Thank you @chakramamahealing for creating and holding such a welcoming and loving space for us and for the quality of your teaching 🤩 I also love the goody bag packed with goodness!!

Mel is a wonderfully gifted Kudalini teacher. She is approachable and kind to beginners of the area. I have been attending her classes for a few months now. The classes are challenging but very rewarding. I am really enjoying my exploration into Kundi and am feeling very connected with myself. Mel is with me on this journey with her lovely, kind, open hearted presence. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested.

I’ve taken part in different events hosted by Mel, Chakra Mama, both in person and online and the amount of knowledge and positive energy she shares is incredible, together with her friendly and professional attitude as well.
