I love staying at Thames Quarter residential building in Reading. From the moment I arrived, the whole Thames Quarter team has made me feel so welcomed and have gone above and beyond with the service they provide. Georgina has been wonderful and always ready to assist and has made my move into the building so easy. Ivan is always ready to greet you with a smile and laugh when you enter the building and is always ready to assist and help in anyway possible. He definitely goes above and beyond his daily duties to make us feel comfortable in the building. Mark is a great help and is so efficient when help is needed!

I used to stay at Thames Quarter and I had such an incredible time here. I always looked forward to staying here as all the facilities were incredible. Staff here was always really friendly; I particularly want to shout out Ivan who is one of the most kindest people I’ve come across, he was always so helpful and has a friendly and personable approach.

Thames Quarter has been a great place to live for my wife and I. We love the location, the gym, and the fun community events. The staff are really great as well. Thanks in particular to Ivan for being so welcoming and personable.

My experience at Thames Quarter has been amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcome. For example, one night I had some issues and Ivan quick helped me resolved it, while having a big smile and maintaining a friendly demeanor. Experiences like that make Thames Quarter feel very homely.

The building is in the best location in Reading, beautiful apartments and great amenities but the best thing about this building is the staff. Ever since we moved in over a year ago Mark in the maintenance team has helped with any issues we’ve had and everything is resolved within a matter of hours. He is always chatty and lovely to speak to when he comes to fix something or when you bump into him around the building. Whenever a maintenance issue occurs it is never stressful as I know Mark will do everything he can to get it sorted as soon as possible! The resident services team at the front desk are all friendly and helpful, and continuously looking for ways to improve living here with various events etc. Thank you all!

I have been living here for almost 2 years. This place becomes better and better. I would like to thank all the management staff especially the site manager Mark. He is very helpful, cheerful and friendly. He does not just respond fast and his work is excellent. My partner and I both appreciate all the work Mark have done.

We had an extremely helpful maintenance manager, Mark. He fixed all existing issues efficiently. He was also extremely patient in helping us with the dishwasher. A+++ service, highly recommended!

Been here for over a year, the staff are really awesome and helpful. Special shout out to the friendly Mark and John from Maintenance who have assisted us speedily when we have had some maintenance issues. Not to mention the lovely free gym classes available!

Mark has been excellent, engaging and responsive to any concerns we have. Couldn't ask for a better person to call if anything goes wrong (which rarely happens!). Thanks for everything maintenance team, really appreciate all the hard work you guys do!
