Very helpful but not pushy. Chairs are extremely comfortable and supportive for someone with back problems, also do a range of beds. Chairs apparently have a 5 Year guarantee on all moving parts and motors and a 25 year guarantee on the frame. Will certainly be back.

Visited with my husband to view rise/recline chairs for him. Met and welcomed at the door as soon as we entered by Karen. She is so experienced in the products, that she only needed one look at my husband to know what he needed and would be comfortable with. Karen led us through the showroom to the area for the chairs and got my husband settled in the chair best for him. She expertly talked through what he should be looking for - 7 points of comfort. She then offered refreshments whilst we looked at fabric/availability. Karen guided us through all aspects of our purchase and took the time to show us the rest of the range as we discussed future purchases. We left very impressed with her knowledge, attention and service. We were so taken by her knowledge that we returned a few hours later and purchased a settee to match. We are now eagerly awaiting the new furniture and cannot recommend the HSL Team, especially Karen, highly enough.

The person who served us, Evelyn, was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel at home with a cup of coffee and great advice about which chair would be best suited to my particular disability. She put people before profit which was refreshing. A splendid way to conduct business. The chairs are so comfortable and stylish at the same time. Great choice of colours and style.

Bought a couple of armchairs and matching footstools. The 'CleverComfort' specialist, Lorraine, was very pleasant and extremely thorough in assessing our needs and helping us decide on the right product. It's an appointment basis with proper Covid precautions in place. Nice coffee too.

This is a lovely showroom where a very nice lady named Karen took me through a lot of options. And made sure I finally got a chair to suit my needs. Unfortunately with only one fully trained member of staff in the showroom and one other customer being there I had to wait quite some time to finally get my order placed so had to hurry a bit at the end. This did not however detract form the really good service otherwise.

Rona was excellent. No pushy sales. Ordered what I wanted, and I had a cup of tea. Very impressed.

Purchased a chair last weekend was advised and assisted by a lovely lady called Karen she was very pleasant took her time to ask me questions about my health and what I required to make my life easier she was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the selection of chairs and we finally ordered the most suitable chair to suit me Nothing was to much trouble for her had a lovely coffee while my wife and I were discussing what fabric and other odds and ends definitely a very professional sales lady thourghly recommend her and your store in general .

Bought a disabled chair for a couple of thousand pounds but within 3 weeks the leather that my mother sits in was all stretched and collapsed. When we complained they sent an independent assessor out who didn't work for them . He told my mother that as it's not faulty he's not going to do anything about it. Poor show after spending all that money. Disappointed to be honest. Careful how you spend your money folks.
