After damaging the HDMI port on my business PC I ended up taking the PC apart. Having previous knowledge of PC's building and upgrading I felt I could figure out what was wrong....the PC then went totally dead and I decided to get this looked at with a fresher, more experienced set of eyes. The service from the start was stress free and Samuel gave me confidence in his ability to work on my PC especially given all the confidentiality required with business sensitive data on it. The process, diagnostic and cost were excellent and the PC is running better than it ever had. The motherboard was damaged and Samuel even let me outsource a motherboard of my choice as I was quite particular! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great PC repair or service and will be using Samuel's services in the future. Also a note to the one star reviews given for not being available during open times Google shows, this is a small business and requires time to attend House calls for repairs etc, I guess I can empathise as it is really tough to run a business and be consistent with timings expected by clients etc. Call before dropping in, the guy knows his stuff so we'll worth the perseverance so place some perspective on the guys running micro-businesses.

Sam was brilliant at fixing our pc, which was a nightmare to find & resolve the issue. Prices were very reasonable considering sam spent 6 days trying to find the issue. Finally have a working pc again. Thanks again. Husband is now a happy chappy :)

Having used Sam when he was based in Broxburn to fix my sons laptop the service I got was 1st class So when my son needed an upgrade to a gaming tower I went back to them at their new premises in bathagte I went to Sam with what I was looking for and he gave me expert advice on what I was needing. The gaming tower my son got was amazing and suited all his gaming needs and more My son also had an issue with his ocular controller which Sam was more than happy to look at and was also fixed A brilliant company to deal with 5 ⭐ rating all day

I needed an upgrade on my SSD drive as I was running out of space, Sam gave me a very reasonable quote for a larger SSD drive, cloned my existing SSD drive over to the new one, and fitted the old one as a spare drive. Put my PC in at 10.00 am got it back early afternoon. Sam also cleaned my PC and checked it over. Excellent service, would highly recommend.
