Have sold us an absolute duff car. We thought we were getting a bargain but should have known better. We have done nothing but fork out money for this car and will NEVER be back. Would not recommend.

Picked up my wee Kia Picanto yesterday from Chris. Absolutely love the car and having a full tank of fuel to drive away with. Chris was patient and thoroughly explained all my options for me. I appreciated a test drive and Chris couldn’t have been more helpful and professional through the whole process. This is the 3rd car my family have through Park’s and Chris and would happily recommend anyone to go to them.

I had an appointment on Saturday to get my car serviced at 8 am. I was advised that this would take at least 2 hours and that the courtesy car was unavailable on a Saturday, which was an inconvenience as I am disabled and struggle to sit for long periods. Other than this, the Car Service in itself was to a very high standard.

Salesman Alan Taylor was brilliant, picked up our sorento a few weeks ago, he couldnt have done more for my family, great communication from start to finish.

Have not been yet but i am off week after next so will have time to look for a new car but the valuation had been too low and i have recieved better offer from motorpoint in glasgow

Since writing, "Expensive servicing and not always keen to cover costs of faulty items." I have had a positive response from the new service manager to help us going forward. This is good news and we wiĺl continue to use Park's for our servicing.
