Had my colour and hair extensions fitted by the lovely Michelle who is so knowledgeable and explained the process so well. Michelle did my hair exactly how I wanted it I absolutely Love it! thanks Michelle. The salon is gorgeous too and very clean and modern. All the best products are used and available to purchase. Very happy client and I highly recommend this lovely salon.

I was nervous to go to a new hairdresser after almost 3 years of home cuts! I found Michelle very calming and she put me right at ease! The website is great for booking an appointment, especially if like me you find walking in to a hairdressers daunting. I got a cut and blow-dry with an olaplex treatment. My hair feels amazing and looks so healthy I'm still surprised that we didn't need to cut too much off! Will definitely be back in the new year for more cuts and colour treatment

Absolute find! Best experience I have ever had at a hairdressers. Recovered from breast cancer and had left it a year until I couldn't handle having chemo curls anymore. Had a consultation with Michelle who was friendly and really understanding when I mixed my appointment times up. She discussed options and her knowledge is second to none she put me at ease and took me from chemo curls to straight natural looking coloured hair and I look in the mirror and see me not cancer patient me thank you so much Michelle! The one to one treatment is amazing and miles apart from the chaos of a busy salon. I wouldn't use anyone else now. I have a 5 year old who has refused a wash and blow for the last few years and could just about get a dry cut before she wants to leave and omg Michelle worked her magic and my little girl actually asked for a wash and blow and Michelle was fantastic with her and the end result was amazing and I now have a confident little girl who can't wait for her next pamper session at vivid hair. Just an amazing experience and will be recommending to friends and family ❤️

Michelle has a lovely studio where she does your hair. It is very relaxed and a real one to one experience. She always does your hair exactly as you asked and gives you good tips and advice on managing your style. A real added bonus is the lovely coffee available too. Would highly recommend. Xx

Highly recommended, in these days, it's really hard to find a brilliant hairdresser. VIVID definitely provides the best of the best. I gave her a picture of what I wanted, and she did it perfectly.
