I was a little nervous about getting my nails done as I had previously had a bad experience somewhere else. Lou made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door, she was polite and kind and did exactly what I wanted with my nails they look beautiful and I'm so happy with them. I will definitely be returning and also would highly recommend this place to anyone 😊

Had the summer time special massage today at the lavender house, I felt so much better and relaxed. The staff was lovely and welcoming on arrival/departing. The only thing that in the sauna/ steam room it was very noisy, no relaxing music for half of the time I was in there for and very bright. But overall thank you Lucy for my full body message feeling much more better. x

What a wonderful spa day me and my friend had yesterday, all staff are so welcoming and attentive. All the treatments were fabulous, we had sole use of the steam room and sauna then use of the mud room. We then had a full body scrub and full body massage which were amazing. Lucy and Emma were so polite and checked everything was ok throughout our treatments. I also ordered an afternoon tea which was lovely. All in all a thoroughly fabulous day.

Just had a fabulous few hours at lavender house for the first time with my bestie. Staff very welcoming lovely facilities we started off in steam room then sauna covered ourselves in mud then followed by full body scrub and full body massage it was amazing. Went to Lavender house for the first time and I found it very calm and welcoming. A young lady did my nails for me and was very friendly, professional and put me at my ease!! Explaining to me the products she was using. I have booked another appointment with her so yes it was a very pleasant experience.

I really enjoyed my visit today with Emily. She was very professional and gave me a great back, shoulder and head massage which was very relaxing. I also had a manicure with a French polish which was perfect. I will definitely come back. Kim

Wonderful experience in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Amazing Indian head and face massage. Not had a face massage before and was so impressed how good it felt. Followed by a beautiful pedicure whilst sipping prosecco. Thanks Lucy, you started off my birthday beautifully.
