My husband bought my engagement ring from a second hand jewellers 9 years ago now back when we didn’t have much it was the most perfect ring and I was absolutely obsessed with it however when I took it back to the jewellers he bought it from to get it resized they completely botched it leaving it lumpy and bumpy and even managed to completely take off some of the detail on the side! Me being the soppy sentimental person I am never had the heart to get it replaced so I actually can’t thank you enough that when I bought in both my engagement ring and wedding ring for a clean you gave me back what I can only describe as my ring but 100x better you not only took off all the lumps and bumps you even surprised me by managing to put the missing design back on the side I actually cant thank you enough for doing that, I know it wasn’t much of a task for you but it meant so much to me. I Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I got engaged on Saturday but my ring was too small, I am going to visit family in Spain mid august so was desperate to have it resized ready for then which Richard accommodated quickly. I then found we were going to have a couple of engagement celebrations this coming weekend and Richard kindly squeezed an appointment in for me today so I could wear my ring for these too! I took a ring to Richard with the intention of having it completely remodelled, using the stones for a pendant. Richard suggested keeping the stones and setting intact to create a pendant. Not only was this a much cheaper option but it retained the integrity and appearance of the original item. Dealing with Richard was an absolute pleasure - a genuinely nice man - his services are highly recommended.
