One of the best massages in Brighton! Supa was warm and welcoming, and the therapy room was very cosy and beautifully decorated. Supa made sure I was completely comfortable before starting and the massage itself was incredibly relaxing; I felt energised and like I was floating after. I had an absolutely brilliant 60-minute deep tissue massage with Supa, and I cannot recommend her enough! I have extremely tight neck and shoulder muscles, so although I opted for a full body massage, I asked her to focus more on the upper body, with firm pressure, and she delivered the perfect massage, easing all my knots, applying just the right amount of pressure, and making me feel completely rejuvenated. The massage room itself is lovely, with soothing music, calming lighting, and Supa is genuinely a lovely person and a superb massage therapist. I will definitely return and recommend her to everyone! I am glad to say I have found a massage therapist in Brighton that is authentic in her craft, pays attention to detail and is professional in her service. The room is beautifully decorated in a Thai/buddhist style and is very serene in setting. I feel that her prices are extremely good for the service she offers. I had a lovely full body massage, reflexology massage and facial and all were excellent. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated after and my skin (which is very sensitive) was glowing after. The only thing I would comment on is that it is just unfortunate that her therapy room is below a salon with loud staff who have no consideration for keeping the noise down when they on a lunch/ tea break - which happens to be a few meters away from the massage room. If said staff happen to be reading this - please consider showing some respect and keeping noise to a minimum to help support the excellent service she is providing.

I booked in a Thai Traditional Massage after a friend highly recommended Supa and I can not tell you how good it was. It was amazing. I love Thai Massage and so pleased to have found Supa. I will be back for sure and excited to try some of the packages Supa has available. If I could I would give more than 5 stars. Wonderful.
