My home stay was absolutely fabulous. I know Mario for long time, he is very friendly and maintains his house very well. It is a great place to live. Thank you so much for everything Mario.

Situated in close proximity to Tesco Superstore this Homestay experience has been a wonderful one. First of all, this place is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. That being said you are not gonna be disturbed by any noise whatsoever during day and night time. The neighbours are nice and welcoming, willing to get into a conversation with you any time. Second, being close to Tesco Superstore, about 5 minutes walking distance, it is very easy to do any last minute shopping. There is also an Indian and Chinese restaurant about 10-15min walking distance, making it very easy to get your favourite meal. Third, this house is big. You have a large kitchen, with an observatory making it a nice experience when you eat, especially when the sky is clear. It has a garden, in which you can relax and read peacefully. It has 2 bathrooms, and one of them has a shower and a bathtub, so you can choose either having a fast shower or a relaxing bath. The house is crystal clean, and has a storage place for your shoes. In the kitchen there is also storage places where you can put your food. The landlord is easy going, easy to get along with and very understanding. The tenants are friendly and warm, easy to form a friendship. Overall this experience has been nice, and I can't say anything negative. Definitely deserves a consideration!

These guys have really turned this property into an amazing place to relax and enjoy your stay in Sussex. The property has all the necessary comforts, sharing the common areas has never been a problem. We have been able to cook our meals there and enjoy some of the Italian hospitality... Looking forward to return next year

My stay here was amazing, the room was really nice, the owners keep the homestay clean and sparkly ... I was able to use the kitchen and really feel at home there. Hosts were incredibly social and I few times I sat and had coffee with them. The garden is amazing and there is lots of space to relax and enjoy your time there... Definetely recommend to stay here

I have really enjoyed staying at this amazing Homestay. It has everything an hotel can provide and you get to use the kitchen and sit with the owners for a coffee in their amazing garden
