When visiting from the US, Moon is always my first stop for gifts. The shop has a unique collection that can complement any home or personal taste. The staff is so helpful! We always look forward to our next visit!

Amazing shop, I actually dare you to go in and not buy anything! There are so many beautiful things in, whether that's jewellery, cards, ornaments, you never know what it'll be. Customer service is top quality also. 😊

We had a jewelry making session with afternoon tea. Owner could not do enough. Definitely recommend the experience. Food was lovely especially the brownies. They only do the sessions every month and there are a maximum of six so you get plenty of help with the jewelry making. You finish with a glass of prosecco too. A fab experience I would recommend. Only a couple of minor things to be aware of, which we weren't. You have the whole experience at a table in the middle of the store with customers walking around you. We added a bead to our bracelets which we were offered, but we weren't told there was an extra charge. It was just over £5. Given how much we paid for the experience I thought that felt a little petty. Or you should be advised when offered it. Still a fab experience though and the owner was keen we enjoyed the experience. Beautiful unique jewelry in the store too.

Such a lovely shop with really helpful staff. I stumbled upon them whilst visiting Durham and found a lamp I really liked. They were sold out of the colour I liked, so offered to post one to me the following week when they were expecting more stock. They sent me an update by text once it was posted and it arrived without any issues. Really happy with the product and couldn't ask for better service.

Moon is the gem of Silver Street, always a lovely display in the window, people are often pausing to stop and look at the art pieces on show. It may be out of the price range for many people but has made a huge difference to the local area, creative events are held here as well.

We had a wonderful time at Moon for the jewellery workshop. I made a pendant and my daughter made a ring. We’d a fabulous afternoon tea to start - so much lovely food. The workshop was great - Dawn encourages you and demonstrates what to do and you get to do all of the techniques needed to create the jewellery. We also met some lovely ladies at the workshop and had a lovely glass of Prosecco to finish. It’s such a lovely way to spend an afternoon, I’d definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our Jewellery making experience and afternoon tea with prosecco. The food was lovey , then my sister and I made a silver bracelet and my granddaughter made a silver ring. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this total experience .

Always made welcome, shop is a very pleasant place to visit. They have a great variety of products from beautiful pieces of jewellery to ornaments for the home, all exceptional quality and great value for money. Staff are professional yet friendly and approachable. They go out of their way to help and always happy to tell you about the products. Whenever I need a piece of jewellery whether it be for myself or a present, this is my go to shop.
