Beware of the completely unfair one sided made up cancellation procedure , which depending on the day is made up to suit the owner to her best interests and back pocket. Also don’t book onto a course if your not wanting to be scammed from ( stolen over £200 of my money ) The owner has put a lot of effort and time into the aesthetics of the salon. The staff are lovely that carried out my treatments . However Amy has failed to put the same effort into some empathy & customer service. For someone that’s lived locally this is the worst salon in the area. There are much much better salons locally that actually value their customers.

My first time visiting the salon today and it was stunning! All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I had a Medicare facial with Sarah and it was so relaxing, just what I needed as I have felt run down lately. Sarah made me feel extremely comfortable and was so attentive to my needs. I highly recommend a facial with her! I will definitely be back.

Due to a string of train cancellations on the day, I arrived late to my appointment. I had travelled from London after seeing the great reviews and was devastated I might not be able to have my facial done. I completely understood if I couldn’t be seen, but Richmond House went above and beyond to make sure they could squeeze me in. Sinead was so lovely and accommodating, and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. I am so so grateful to the staff who were so understanding and made sure I got an amazing facial. I did the radiofrequency facial and left the place absolutely glowing. Will definitely be back (hopefully on time, next time!). Thank you 💕

Lovely place. Brilliant services from pedicures to lasers to facials. Have been going for 8 months since I moved to the area and will continue going for all sorts of gorgeous treatments! Maisie and Hannah always do a fab job.

Just a simple gel removal this visit which was completed in a friendly and professional manner. I would add that the gel nails had lasted and looked good for just under 4 weeks. Amazing, thank you.

I live in Winchester but recently have travelled to this salon as I have found it to be the best in the area by far. Sophie recently did an LVL treatment for me and did such a great job, I have had this done a few times at different salons with varying degrees of success, but this was definitely the best result I have had so far. She is also really lovely and I felt well looked after. Liv also did a really great job with some other treatments, she was so quick and efficient and I was really pleased with the results. HydraFacial with Sarah - Amazing! Sarah is experienced and professional and at the same time just the most lovely and genuine person you could meet. Before each appointment she takes time to chat with me, assess my treatment needs and take on board more than just how my skin is looking before continuing with the treatment. The results every time are incredible. I can’t believe you can achieve so much with this facial, it takes years off each time I visit! And the appointment itself is a dream, I’m always so relaxed and rejuvenated by it, I can’t wait for my next visit. Every member of the team here have made me feel at ease and welcome in a setting that is beautifully indulgent xxx

It was my first time getting a treatment at Richmond House, and I will absolutely return. The Voya treatment by Sarah was wonderful. I was able to switch off and relax and my skin felt incredible afterwards. Sarah was fantastic, she created a lovely atmosphere of care of nourishment. I loved it!
