I love Caribbean food, and quite regularly buy it if I fancy a takeout. Doug's Cafe is my favourite place in Gloucester, and maybe the south west right now..... I've tried the Calilou, Plantain, Curried Goat. His Curried Goat is exquisite, and tastes great. I'm not a huge Curried Goat fan normally but Wow! You need to try it! I'll be back to sample the steamed Fish and Prawns. 😊

Everything was up to high standards, very clean and well maintained. The food was amazing my wife thoroughly enjoyed her meal and I enjoyed mine. Would definitely recommend this place to go to.

I went to dougies place and his food is amazing the service is wonderful the atmosphere is so clean. The curry goat and oxtail with rice and peas or white rice is so delicious and filling you need to give it a try you won't regret it , its so addicting
