We had a lovely stay! The apartment has everything you need and is well decorated, comfortable and has all the amenities you need. It’s also well located near lots of shops and restaurants and well located to drive to the Cotswolds.

If you’re thinking of booking just do it! It was the most beautiful, clean and perfect apartment. We had never been to Cheltenham but everything was very easy to walk to and find. James and Julia made everything so easy, they were responsive via the chat and able to cater to our needs :)

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the Burford apartment, couldn’t fault it. Clean, modern, well equipped and communication was faultless. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and making another trip to Neptune apartments. 10/10. Thank you

The apartment is in a great location in the centre of town and close to very good restaurants and cafes. James and his team provided excellent information and check in was easy. The apartment itself is terrific! Super clean and extremely well appointed. Highly recommended!

Lovely location with lots of great restaurants nearby. The apartment was absolutely spotless, but it still felt very warm and cosy - like a home from home! Would 100% recommend!

We booked 3 apartments in the Neptune buildings for the Cheltenham jazz festival and found them all to be very good. Beds were comfortable (including the sofa bed) and we'll equipped with everything one might need for a short stay. The only things to note is that some accommodation is on the 3rd floor (no lift) so maybe not for seniors with heavy luggage and given the age of the building, there is some noise transfer that you can hear if you have noisy neighbours above or below you. That said I'd have no hesitation returning on our next visit.
