My wife, our 12 year old daughter and myself stayed at 7A Lansdown Terrace Lane for about a week, booked with Luxury Apartments. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The service we received from Rachel was excellent. Replies to our queries via email were answered promptly, and the entire booking process was very pleasant. The apartment itself was wonderful, well appointed, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Becky was there when we arrived late at night to show us around and told us how everything worked. And we were allowed to check out late, at no charge, as the apartment was not booked for the next day. That was really very kind and helpful, as we had a late night flight and some luggage. All in, a very nice stay with Luxury Apartments.

We recently relocated to Cheltenham from overseas. While we looked for a home and waited for our household goods to arrive we needed temporary housing. Luxury Apartments provided us with a home away from home. We stayed there a little over a month and it was lovely. The apartment had everything we needed from appliances to washing up-liquid all in a very clean and cozy environment. It was comfortable, spacious, family-friendly and the staff provided us with all the help we needed to acclimate to our new city. I would highly recommend using Luxury Apartments if you are looking for a place to stay!

After having a number of overseas trips cancelled we like many others decided to holiday in the UK. We had never been to the Cotswolds and thanks to Luxury Serviced Apartments they found us an ideal property in Cheltenham. The apartment was on Queens Parade and is a charming 2 bedroom in the lovely Montpellier district. The apartment is well located for Cheltenham itself and for exploring further afield. It is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. Also the service from Dan and Rachel was impeccable. We look forward to returning as we had a fantastic week here.

Had a lovely stay. Nice decor, spacious rooms and convenient location. Note there are split level floors, which was not an issue for us - my son loved it! Nice attention to details throughout. Comfortable sleep on the whole, we were there only a weekend. Excellent communication and information from owner. Thanks

This apartment is brilliantly located for walking around the stylish neighbourhoods of Montpellier and The Promenade. It’s very quiet and we’ll insulated so I had the best sleep. The apartment is spacious, light and comfortable. Wonderful cotton linen and high quality pillows make all the difference. Little touches like towelling slippers and a scented candle made my stay feel really luxurious. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit.

Great stay and communication from the Luxury team. The flat was well equipped and the finishes were very up to date. I appreciated having things like dishwasher and laundry tablets available.

Really lovely friendly and helpful Company with excellent customer service. Loved our time in Cheltenham, even though our circumstances weren't ideal at the time having been made homeless by a broken house sale chain. All home comforts provided, spotlessly clean nothing missed. Lovely location - would definitely revisit. Putting down as a Holiday visit - although it really wasn't! All facilities available for working from home. Excellent. If I could do more than 5 stars I would.
