Good was pretty good, ludicrously large chips portion lol, great shakes, and the person serving was lovely, welcoming and took time to explain to us. A good date with my son!

Absolutely love Five Guys. It's on the higher priced side, but the fries are fresh, the meat is fresh, and it tastes like proper beef. The service is excellent! The care and attention to detail they showed for an order for someone with a nut allergy was spot on! Gloves were changed to handle the serviettes, and the orders were separate. They really went above and beyond to ensure safety. Allergen advice is easy to read, and everything is included, so there's no guessing. Thank you.

Great experience at this location. As like many of the other locations the food is great and cooked fresh. But this one has the same issue as the others, too much salt on the chips. In this case it was not as bad but it was still too much for adults not to even mention my kid. If management of the chain do read this please reduce the salt levels on the chips as this is a problem across the board. On parking there is plenty of free parking in the area and disabled access is great.

This was my first experience eating at five guys and I won't be rushing back. Food was below average for the cost of it, each item was sold separately so no meal deals, putting the price up. The lady serving was nice. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time and are both disabled yet when our food was ready they shouted for us to come and collect it rather than a nice gesture of bringing it to our table. It was also very cold inside the restaurant, it just didn't feel welcoming. Disappointed.

Consistency. No matter which one you visit, they’re always great flavorful Pattie’s and french fries, just like in the States. I like the fact that even when their kitchen is very exposed to public, cooks are very well behaved and focused in their work. No drama, no dirty clothes spoken in front of everyone specially because of the little ones. 🙌🏽🍔👩‍🍳👨🏾‍🍳🧑🏿‍🍳👨‍🍳🧑🏻‍🍳

Always enjoy 5 guys, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger fries and milkshake. I just wish they would melt the cheese more that's what makes American slices nice to eat. I'm not sure why it's been like this the past two times but please grill it with cheese on longer than you are.

Had the bacon cheeseburger. meat was fresh. not like normal burgers They use fresh meat. think the meat itself needs .more seasoning it was a pretty thick burger . Had spicy fries as well. They were well tasty . And a strawberry cheesecake milkshake very nice

Always come to this branch of Five Guys, loads of space to park, always top tier service & the staff are brilliant. Had an issue with a gift card today, but James Wood (assume onsite manager) sorted it all out. Really nice young man with a great customer service attitude. Will visit here again, very soon. Keep up the good work everyone 😌

Sorry about the pictures of food as we were hungry , very good burgers and hot dogs , we had small cheese burger and double cheeseburger hot dog two drinks £30😱 worth about £18-20 so over priced but must say good quality , ask the guy what the fry’s are like gave me small cup full to try bless him and they were good , Place was clean and drinks are free refills, plenty of sauce s and nice big pots , no free straws as they sell re useable So in conclusion good not cheep

I don’t usually leave a review but this one is well deserved. Ordered online for collection after a long day. The big guy who served me (no offence) was very friendly, asked about my day and made me probably the best burger I’ve ever had in there. Plenty of toppings, meat well done just how I like it and overall great food. Give him a pat on the back, it’s like he knew that the food would make my night better after a long day 😁

I want to start this review off by saying the staff were phenominal and the food/resturant decor review has nothing to do with them (since they have to abide by corporate recipes). I went with my roomie and had never been before, so I didn't know I was ordering a smaller burger. I won't say what he did incase he gets in trouble for it but the burger was far more filling :) 10/10, give them a raise you corporate smucks. I would go back only for the staff alone... And maybe the milkshakes The fries are god tier, but the burgers... I'll be honest, if five guys are charging 7+ pounds, I expect it to taste better than what mcdonalds makes, it tastes near identical with maybe some traces of smoke from the cooking process. It was a good burger sure (I ordered the little bacon burger), but... It was just missing something. It may be just me because I don't really like tomato/lettuce/pickles on my burgers, I have severe texture issues and I know we're british and allergic to anything seasoned but man. Step up the recipe game! I got the vibe it was meant to be minimalistic but , those burgers were maybe seasoned with salt and possibly pepper. Brush some paprika on that bacon with some maple, add in some spices to the burger paddies. You'd have the same experience ordering from the mcdonalds value menu. The milkshake tho... GET YOURSELF A BISCOFF MILKSHAKE IMMEDIATELY. With cream! Very important. It was SO good, it was thick, delicious and I would buy them every time if they were closer. The resturant itself. Pristine, the staff maintained it well. It was quiet when I went but I have NEVER seen a place boast so much about how many articles they've been in. I feel like the higher ups were trying to aim for 90s diner minimalism with a modern twist. It just comes off as egotistical with all the articles plastered across the walls and how 'america does it better'. Leave it to america to be the only resturant in the UK to do that, and somehow STILL have subpar burgers, the literal staple of their brand. 3/5 food, 5/5 service from the workers. I went on the 28th of january in the afternoon, so whoever was working then... Y'all rock!

Our server Frank Felix at Sheffield Valley Centertainment. Was excellent as well as all staff. Our 1st time coming here. Very knowledgeable of what toppings on the burgers to have and what compliments each other better. The food was faultless. Like karens dinner but better food and service alot better 🤣🤣❤️❤️

Worst burgers ever. Cost 9 pounds for mine and 6 pound for my daughter but not better than the Mac. Best thing about it was friendly staff.

I usually like five guys as a fast food burger chain which try to use more natural ingredents comparing to other popular chains. This branch is located close to bussiness places and it is good to have takeaways from here.

Service was fast and polite, food up to the usual high standards I've come to expect. What I didn't expect as a (maybe) semi-regular customer was to be recognised by the store manager who came over for a chat while I was waiting :) A delightful lady and she elevated a routine visit for a burger and fries into a memorable evening. Thank you!

Famous 5 guys burger (£8 hehe ) it's .....Just a burger you can make yourself with fresh minced beef from any supermarket ( just add some onions and spices ) Chips (£5.50 or so?) extremely oversalted Vanilla milkshake os good :) 3 stars for that

  • 4/5 Paul A. 1 year ago on Google
I've been to the place a few times now and the chips this time were burnt and dry and the burger was not as good as normal, it's a good job it's not my 1st visit, else I would not be coming back. They are normally consistent.

It was the first time I had visited and had never tried their food before. I must say that the burger, chips and milkshake were amazing. The burger was the best that I had ever tasted and worth every penny. The staff were friendly, polite and prompt with their service. The restaurant itself was clean and well decorated. I will definitely go back again, keep up the good work.

Cracking burger, double bacon cheese burger, loads of fries, which I couldn't finish. Staff member who served me was very polite, my only gripe is that they are not the cheapest burger joint and the fries whilst nice are overpriced. If you're not bothered about the cost then definitely try it.

This is what McDonalds should aspire to be like! Fresh and tasty food with to die for milkshakes. Curtis served us today and was a really nice guy. Thanks 🙏 we will be back soon

The staff were lovely and helpful and the place itself was clean, however, ended up here before a gig at the weekend with friends who all wanted to eat here. Never had a Five Guys so went along for the ride. I don’t eat beef so unfortunately the only thing available to me on the menu was a vegetable sandwich. It was honestly the saddest and worst thing I have eaten in my life!!!! A load of warmed up mushrooms, a slice of tomato, some melted plastic cheese, a couple of green peppers and some warm onions on bread. It was sloppy with zero flavour and to be honest a waste of money. Very depressing sitting there while my friends had awesome looking burgers. I took one mouthful and all of the fillings fell out in a sad heap on the paper. Safe to say I binned it and just ate the fries. Come on Five Guys, please up your game! At least have a veggie patty? Or add Chicken to the menu for those that don’t eat beef?

I can take or leave the burgers , but the milkshakes are sexy !! I mean they want to be for a fiver :O but it's worth it , I'm not adventurous as banana is my favourite but me and my friend was talking to the guy taking our order about if anyone ever orders a bacon milkshake which is on the menu and he made us a sample to try . Its surprisingly good , it was a peanut butter and bacon milkshake so saltly and sweet. Banana still is my favourite ;)

Burger was amazing, the chips were awesome and the milkshake was sooo good! This burger joint takes fast food to another level! Just don't expect McDonald's prices!

Nice fries. Also had a bacon burger in a no bun tray. Not bad. Bacon a bit overcooked. A bit on the expensive side. If you are staying in then free refills on drinks is nice. Not too long a wait. Would have been nicer to have the fries in a cup than just chucked in the bag with an order for someone else. Staff were friendly.

Great food and order was all fresh, hot and order was right on receiving. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great that you can order through the website and have it delivered to your car. Would highly recommend to people always worth the extra money and the milkshakes are the best the peanut butter one = heavenly and it's definitely filling always great.

Excellent bacon cheeseburger, freshly made with the toppings I wanted. Copious amount of fries and refillable drink. Always enjoy a Five Guys burger until it comes to paying. Expensive for fast food but way more tasty than other burger joints.

Visited the Sheffield Centertainment site. Not overly impressed with the burger, dripping in grease but tasted ok. The Cajun fries were overpowering in taste. Quick service though. The venue was fairly clean. The staff seemed dull, no smiles or engagement. Probably wouldn't visit this store again.

Very busy so service was slow, food was nice but nothing special like all the signs with quotes on that they have. Prices are a little on the high side, making a burger, fries and milkshake over £18 which for me personally makes the meal not worth it.

Ordered online with the curbside pick-up option which is great to have at this time. Unfortunately, after waiting outside 10 minutes after our alloted time my partner went into the restaurant to see if our order was ready. She was told by staff that she would 'just have to wait as they had hundreds of orders' and then that they had no order for our name. They did find our order finally (although just chucked the plain fries and Cajun fries in together loose). The poor service we received is such a shame as the food (we both had bacon cheeseburger with fries and shake) was good. I won't be returning to this particular branch for a while- if they are busy then extend the minimum time to collect on orders so we don't sit outside waiting for someone to bring it to us.

Staff went above and beyond, very helpful, cheery team. Food wise, it was honestly the best burger I've had (been to quite a few places over the years). A little on the pricey side for food but honestly worth every penny and you do get free toppings/added extras. Chips were pipping hot and lovely tasting. Had an oreo milkshake with whipped cream on top also. Absolutely amazing. 💯 will be returning again in the future. Clean and tidy premises also.

Difficult to review. I can understand the popularity since this is American alike with large portions and I do fancy they hand cut the potatoes. On the other hand what's the point to hand cut the potatoes and then deep fry them? They end up pretty much similar to all other fast food chains. For a quick bite I suppose it's ok as long we get the beef without fries 🍟.

Very busy as the hockey had just finished. Took around 30 mins to receive food after ordering. Usually one of the better Five Guys in the UK but the chips and portion sizes seemed to be smaller than usual. Still a good place for food and really good quality but on this occasion not quite perfect

  • 4/5 Paul F. 1 year ago on Google
I have to say that the food was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed what I ate which was a bacon cheeseburger with onions along with chips in their skins. Why not 5 stars? Sadly no-one was cleaning the tables (they were messy from however many people before) with uncollected/ unremoved discarded packaging everywhere. And the pricing was just about at the point where I might have not gone to try. Get more cleaning done! I was there at 7:30 on a Friday night and it wasn't a good advert for hygiene; but I repeat - the food was excellent

  • 4/5 Rushali K. 2 years ago on Google
Tried the bacon dog for £6.75. Thanks to the number of fillings I requested which made it filling. Otherwise it's not at all filling but tasty.

  • 4/5 Alexander A. 2 years ago on Google
Decent service good attention to the expected standard the company has to things like the crisp on the fries. It was a quiet time though so it would be a more valid test benchmarking against other branches based on food quality and service.

  • 5/5 jithmal j. 1 year ago on Google
Great tasting fresh food for a good price, got a large portion of chips which was enough for 3 and the world renowned cheeseburger which tasted amazing with the "All the way"topping choice. Service was great and the general ambience of the restaurant was warm and welcoming.

Always a nice treat! The food and service is good! I like the bun less burgers.. even though it’s a bit messy, it’s delicious !

I went to this five guys last week and they had the most excellent service. The staff were kind and attentive, but still had speedy service and the food was so good! The place was clean and the lady cleaning the tables was so efficient I was in awe. Would definitely recommend, I’m planning on returning next week.
