My brother recently had LASIK treatment and spoke about how much clearer his vision had become and how easy the whole process was from start to finish, which encouraged me to sign up for my own consultation. Lynne and Jane from Perth Branch were very welcoming, made me feel relaxed and took the time to explain everything in detail to ensure I was able to make my own informed decision without any pressure. Once I was happy to proceed, they made sure everything necessary was done to ensure a smooth procedure including the booking of a parking space at the Glasgow clinic where my procedure was being carried out. One month on and I do not regret the decision, I cannot thank Lynne, Jane, Dylan and all the rest at Perth, Dundee AND Glasgow for being so fantastic at what they do!

Had laser eye surgery in 2012, actual service was good, but the effects themselves didnt even last 4 years and I needed glasses again. Although I didnt expect it to last forever, I was hoping for at least ten years as I was explained is normal, although I can understand person to person may vary. I then recently asked if they would do me an offer on a second treatment since the first was not successful, and was told that essentially they warned me it may not work at the time so no, (I wasnt asking for anything free) A bit disappointing as a service to be honest. Staff during the process however were great and the support was spot on, just a shame that the aftersales policy doesnt support cases where its not successful.

The Optical Express team in both Dundee and Perth were excellent regarding my recent visit. Referred by Dundee team to Perth following medical advice i was seen promptly, very efficiently and very professionally to have an eye exam. The team in Dundee followed up to be sure i had arrived safely for my appointment and to be sure all was ok and the Perth team were very welcoming and reassuring throughout the various tests performed. I would definitely recommend either branch for professional and excellent customer service.

Well what can I say, from initial consultation to surgery.....the process has been so easy, transparent and flawless. The fabulous staff made it all worth while. The consultation was very thorough, and Lynne was fantastic at explaining the process before passing me to Amy, the Senior Optometrist, who went into more depth about surgery and how it all works. When Amy was happy to put me forward for surgery I was passed to Jane, the Branch Manager, who explained all the pricing and types of finance available. Jane not only went out of her way to help set up the appointment date for the day before my birthday less than a month later, but she also remembered my mum from having HER surgery with the same company 13 years previously and was able to apply a "Refer A Friend" discount saving me £300 and earning mum £100!! Absolutely 💯 Fantastic!! I spent alot of my time dealing with Lynne on phone calls. She was fantastic at arranging various appointments and helping to put my finance through and she is a breath of fresh air.....you actually feel like you have known her forever and that is a great asset to have in a staff member.......if you are worried or concerned about anything, Lynne will go out of her way to sort it out for you! The surgery date arrived, and despite suffering from bad anxiety, the entire team made me feel at ease! Everything was explained in detail and before I knew it, the surgery was over! I am now a couple of weeks post op and my vision is remarkable 👌 I cannot recommend Lasik I-Design enough.....my only regret is leaving it so long to have done!

I have recently had LASIK and cannot express how good the service has been. Upon my first consultation I felt like I was looked after. The equipment used was more advanced then some other optometrists offices I have been to and the results speak for themselves. I now have better then 20/20 vision in both Eyes and have been well looked after by the staff. From consultation to assessment and past surgery.

Amazing experience at the optical express clinic in Perth! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I went to the clinic for a consultation regarding laser eye surgery and the team provided me with all the information I needed making it very clear. Staff member Megan was absolutely great! She has provided excellent customer service making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process as she was very friendly. Cannot recommend optical express enough!!
