I took in four pairs of my most well-loved Dr Martens for some long overdue TLC. The heels and insoles needed replacing and they were in a sorry state. However, Jon worked his magic and did an absolutely amazing job and I am so happy with the result. He breathed life back into my shoes and I am delighted to be able to wear them again! The service I received was exemplary- efficient, high quality and extremely personable. I will definitely return for any future repairs and would recommend anyone local to do the same. A very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman working in this branch. Price very competitive, not like the one in Arndale Centre which tried to charge me £99 for a life time car key battery. Highly recommended and will come back if I need their service again.

I walked here early morning with falling pants because my belt needed more holes as I have lost some weight. I lovely, friendly and well spoken gentleman quickly assisted me and punched 3 extra holes in my belt. Great service that was.
