Lovely products but didn't have the greatest experience today with one of the staff who didn't seem very clued up with the processes including returns and products. I appreciate she may well be new and therefore still learning, however it didn't feel she was quite ready to be left on her own (Manager was on lunch)

Good range of products but more expensive than most similar stores. If requiring certain medicinal or herbal remedies you may be surprised that they ask you what you want them for then refuse to sell you them. Got what I needed elsewhere in the end with no problem.
