Extremely overpriced for totally underwhelming food especially the prawn and cod fish pie that was mainly mashed potato with 3 prawns and a little cod in a small bowl. Not worth £18! Zero ambiance - no (audible) mood music or lighting. Given that only three tables were being used the staff member also took quite a while to take orders. It was a disappointing experience.

Good ambience restaurant. We ordered tacos (spicy tuna and chicken tandoori) both were tasted good but the spicy tuna was little bit salty for me. We also ordered frozen mojito and smoky stratford and both were amazing. The service was great especially Gelene and the crews were very friendly and attentive.

Outstanding stay at Hyatt Regency Stratford! The staff at Elondi Restaurant (Ionut, Tatyana, Stoyan and Rin) went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. As for the breakfast, it was a delightful culinary experience. Fresh, diverse, and served with a smile. The staff's attention to detail and the delicious breakfast options made the stay truly memorable. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the staff Maria, she was attentive, kind and welcoming. The timing of her service was excellent. Food was professionally cooked and good value for money. It was my birthday and I was treated by a plate of free cake with birthday message on. I'll definitely come back.

Stayed at Hyatt House for 2 nights and had the pleasure to enjoy my breakfast at this wonderful restaurant. The food was very good. But the part that really stood out was the service. Especially Ms. Gelene whom I have had the pleasure of receiving an impeccable service from. Well done Gelene, well done Elondi.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Rooms are very clean and all staff are welcoming and ensure your stay is comfortable. Would highly recommend.

After a dodgy start over our reservation we had a really great lunch experience. We were well looked after by Ionut despite a large Christmas party going on at the same time. Food was good and reasonably priced although the menu is quite limited. Would definitely go back and recommend.

We had an amazing time at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Stratford where Elondi is located, the bartender Georgie and bar Manager Ionut were fabulous, all the service staff was very good but we dealt mostly with Georgie and Ionut, definitely be back when we're in Stratford, came from the US, the hotel and the restaurant gave us a great experience.

We enjoyed all the meals while we stayed at Hyatt hotel there. The food was more than you would get from usual hotel restaurants and the service was great. Especially, Halina was very kind and helpful. My kids were very well treated and satisfied here too.

Beyond his mixology skills, Gibson's professionalism and knowledge were top-notch. He effortlessly navigated the extensive drink menu, providing insightful recommendations tailored to my preferences.
