The place is big and it has a nice view of Tower bridge. The staffs are friendly and nice. You can have free peanut 🥜 while you are waiting for you sandwiches. Their spicy 🌶️ fries is really good and burger was normal. I tried hotdog previous time which was like frankfuter not hotdog. You can order cola, Fanta or Pepsi with various tast.

1st time visit. Great view! Staff were great, attentive & happy to answer questions. Very clean and tidy. Only a few customers in the downstairs seating area so it was quiet. I didn't realise there was seating upstairs with a better view of Tower Bridge until I popped upstairs to the toilet! Food was delicious.

First time at Five Guys and I have to say one of the best burgers I have ever had, i had a bacon double cheeseburger and it makes a whopper look small, really tasty flame grilled burger with the choice of 15 toppings. I opted for relish, jalapeños, onions, pickles, tomato, lettuce, mayo and BBQ sauce, Delicious. The skin on fries were really tasty but remember only get the regular as the medium were huge I just couldn’t eat them all. The drinks are free refills from the Coke freestyle machines. Highly recommend, I will definitely be going again.

Busy sunny Sunday lunch spent in this branch with my husband: overall experience? 10/10. Smiling crew, spotless place (with an amazing view), and delicious food. Big shout out to Max, you’re definitely a gem! This guy knows really well how to spread his energy in all the store. Keep it up guys!!

Hungry during your walk along the Thames? You can count on the classic venue like five guys for consistent food quality. Go at noon to get the best seats. The restaurant was incredibly busy by 12:30. Top tip: sit upstairs where you can get an amazing view of tower bridge. The view is better than many expensive restaurants in the area.

I visited five guys tower bridge on Sunday at busy time and still the service was nice and fast. Food was delicious and mouth watering with high levels of hygiene. Service of store was nice and staff was also very supportive and co-operative. So, overall my experience at five guys tower bridge was awesome. I loved it.

Nothing special, definitely a normal burger, the fries are normal even soaked in a little oil. In short, I didn't understand the enthusiasm for this restaurant, it seems they invested more in their name than in the food. I wouldn't particularly go back there.

This place serves delicious burgers, chips and milkshakes however they are quite pricey. The good thing is that they offer free unlimited drink refills, water and the code on the receipt allows you to use the restroom without any additional payment. They also offer free peanuts for any one interested. The good thing is that they are very consistent in delivering well put together, fresh food, across Europe.

One of the more picturesque 5 guys you'll find in the world. Food was on point as usual. Cajun fries portions are huge. Shakes go crazy 🧋

In my 8 years in London, I've only visited Five guys about twice, and both occasions were because it was simple fast food that happened to be around when needed. I've never really been that impressed by the food and not at all by the fries that they're so well known for and promoted on every inch within the premises. Maybe my expectations are just too high? If you are looking for a fast and easy fix, then fine. However, in my opinion, there are places with better options. This branch stands out for two reasons. The excellent view and the extremely polite and patient lady who served us at the counter on 9th August at around 15:30 (Being the only person working at the counter, it should be easy to pass on the praise since she secured the 4th star I was planning to drop as well.) The place was not too busy at the time of the visit however, the toilets were in a worse state than I've seen some public toilets in central London. What a shame.
