After years of wanting to learn to freedive I finally plucked up the courage to doit. Literally had the best weekend learning from the best. Adam is clearly so knowledgeable and passionate about his diving, he really put me at ease from start to finish of the level 1 course. Being in such small groups you really get that 1 to 1 experience. Can’t wait to get back in the water soon for more! Highly recommend Blue water freediving school! 🫶

Blue Water Freediving School is an excellent introduction to the wondrous world of Freediving! Adam's calm and professional nature makes the course fun, approachable but also safe. There are many other courses out there but they don't have the key ingredient: Adam's super infectious enthusiasm!

Adam and Shirley are simply phenomenal. I booked a two day weekend course, I had no idea what to expect and felt very out of my depth. Adam and Shirley immediately made me feel at ease, invited me into their world with so much enthusiasm and love for freediving it's infectious! They both compete on the world stage, yet make me feel like my achievements in the water were world beating. They took me from a measly 10 second breath hold on Saturday, to diving 20 metres by Sunday. It's just incredible. I honestly cannot put into words how fantastic the weekend was and how brilliant the tuition is! It would be a bargain at twice the price!! My only regret is I found free diving at the end of the season and now need to wait until next year to get my fix!!

Adam loves this sport with a passion and it comes across while you’re learning. Going in a cold lake to 10m deep is a buzz. Will be back for more. Great groups of people too

I had a really great time! Good training is essential for any kind of diving, and what better than learning from a member of the British Freediving Team... having such a pleasant time with such a fun and great guy on top of that is a great bonus! After all, connecting with the water should be about knowing your limits and enjoying it. Thank you, Adam. Look forwards to doing some more diving.

I had an incredible weekend diving experience with Adam at Blue Water Freediving. It was very clear that Adam holds a mastery understanding of freediving and how to teach freediving progression, but his enthusiasm and demeanor provided the perfect environment of encouragement and trust during all phases of the course from theory lectures and pool sessions to the open water dives. Through Adam’s guidance and instruction, I achieved all my course goals and had a great time doing it! Thanks Adam!

I signed up to the beginner course without really knowing what to expect, but from the start you could tell that Adam was not only very passionate about freediving but also incredibly knowledgeable, and so you instantly feel at ease knowing you’re in very safe hands. It is also astounding how much you can learn and progress over the course of two days – you will achieve way more than you thought was possible, and you’ll have loads of fun doing it!

Adam is a great instructor and very cool! I successfully completed AIDA 2 course with his help and I now look forward to diving and learning more with him!

First exposure to free diving. Adam is an excellent instructor. Teaching theory in a way that is suitable for all learning styles. He put everyone at ease before the practical stage and made it enjoyable whilst stretching each individual to surpass their perceived potential. Couldn't recommend enough!
