👍👍 Really fantastic experience. Darren was excellent with my son (11) during the Discover Scuba sessions - patient, encouraging, and helpful. We’ll be joining for Open Water in the next couple of months for sure. People often mention Scuba, diving, School, feel,

I went to scuba school yesterday to do a scuba safety review. Absolutely loved going there!! Fiona and all the staff make you feel very welcome. The service I received was excellent. I enjoyed it that much I have signed up for a membership with them. To everyone I had the pleasure of meeting yesterday Thank you for a great day and I look forward to carrying on my qualifications with you and some great diving. A special thanks to Tom for taking the SSR ( great teacher!! ) I look forward to diving with you again in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is thinking of trying diving for the first time or like me is looking to further my qualifications and skills in scuba diving. See you soon.

I have just completed my Rescue Diver course with Scuba School. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. What an incredible course they put on! Even through lockdown we had revision sessions and knowledge reviews by Brian Fanthom ( lead instructor). Totally off his own back and in his own time. Aside from all the intensive training, the practical assessment weekend was awesome. The realism and role play was nothing like what I have seen anywhere else. Massive thankyou to everyone involved. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Me and my partner did our first piece of training with Scuba School over 3 years ago, we had been diving with another well established club for about a year before that. What can I say, Scuba School so impressed us with their professional and friendly manner that we not only chose to stay with them for all our future training but joined them and became part of their team,(we are both now Dive Masters) Why did we do this? simple.... 1. They are a friendly bunch who welcome everyone, there is no elitism here. and none diving family members are also made to feel part of the activity and adventure. 2.They are very professional and have a very high standard of safety in what they do. 3. There is a nice friendly atmosphere in everything they do. I have never seen a student who did not have a great experience with them. 4.THEY ARE NOT AN ALL BOYS CLUB. this was really important to both me and my partner as it has not been our experience with other clubs in fact most clubs still seemed to have a bit of a 70's attitude towards there Female Divers. Scuba School is very gender equal and in fact they have more Female D.M's than Male, and the whole club is roughly a 50/50 mix, trust me when I say you will not see this in any other club. They are also the only club I know of who provide dive equipment specifically designed to fit women (not just small versions of men's gear) this is very important for new students as they have enough to think about without uncomfortable ill fitting kit. 5. They don't think any question is a stupid one. They treat customers and novice divers with courteous respect, ( no one wants to feel stupid and we can all learn something new) and quickly put you at ease. So if you want to try diving but haven't a clue were to start, you don't want to feel embarrassed or out of your depth, if you want to have some excitement and adventure and don't want to feel like the token woman then you could do a lot lot worse than give scuba School a call, We are still with them for a reason.

For my 63rd birthday I treated myself to a try dive at Scuba School, before progressing to PADI open water qualification. I did a fair amount of googling and chose Scuba School because the web site and the facebook page gave me reassurance that they would be offering plenty of support for diving opportunities after I had qualified. I have not regretted my choice for an instant. The team are friendly and support you through all of the skills that you have to learn, and make the whole experience fun and unpressured, but at the same time you are left in no doubt that the number one priority is safety, and they ensure that you understand and practice the key concepts that will keep yourselves and others safe. After qualification, I was able to join a number of “Finding you Fins” dives, which are specifically designed to broaden the experience of new divers, again fully supported by the Scuba School, team. And more recently, I have enjoyed a co-ordinated trip to Scuba School’s dive centre by the side of the Red Sea where I achieved my PADI Advanced Open Water, and I was blown away by the beauty of the reefs. So since joining Scuba School, I feel like I have joined a diving family. These people have a passion for diving and for the well-being of the oceans, and they get a genuine thrill from sharing that passion with others. Give it a try!

Me and my wife have just completed our rescue course with scuba school. Fantastic weekend with great professional instructors. Everyone has been so helpful and supportive and it has given me more and more confidence in the water and the ability to deal with challenging situations. We have both learnt so much over the last couple of weeks and would highly recommend any diver to go and get on this course, rescue and basic life support could help save a life. We are looking forward to doing our next course with this fantastic school!
