These guys go out of their way to help you! I was having loads of trouble with my phone (and really need it for my work) - they were brilliant and lent me a decent phone while I was waiting for my replacement. Would highly recommend!

Very helpful staff. Did a good job reconditioning and fixing my phone. Cost was reasonable and much cheaper than Timpson. They clearly know what they are doing and listen to the customer before acting.

I bought a USB charger cable plus a Bluetooth 'cable connected' pair of earphones from Fonehouse in Mill Street and had excellent service. I always buy items in local shops if possible to support our community, and its especially helpful to support small independent businesses. Later I checked the prices of the two items against identical items online (same brand and model number) and I found that the cable was the same price, but the earphones were either the same price or cheaper!

The customer service in Go Mobile Bideford is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. My upgrade was smooth and everything from my old phone was transferred free of charge. The shop was very busy and there was a short wait but everyone was seen and their problems sorted. Couldn't rate them high enough, 5 stars doesn't do it justice!! Update 26/09/22 The name may have changed but that's all, the service is still just as good!

Really impressed with the excellent service I received today. The gentleman who served us went out of his way to help my daughter revive her mobile after the battery failed. Fixed it while we waited and didn’t overcharge us. Couldn’t ask for more.
