Wish I could leave less than one star, left me with no electricity first day I moved in and no one answered the phone, wasted fridge and freezer food as they both completely defrosted overnight, ROBBING electricity meter, 1 shower costs you about £2, absolutely freezing all the time as no double glazing , fire alarm goes off all the time from other tenants, maintenance practically ignore you and leaders couldn’t care less

Budget accommodation for students, friendly staff

Dont ever think about living here. It is the worst place I have every lived at. Constant problems with the apartment and apartment building. The fire alarm goes off constantly in the middle of the night. The elevator breaks down for weeks on end. Nobody bothers to clean the hallways or stairs. The trash is just piling up outside the apartment building most of the time. As for the apartment I literally dont know where to start. No hot water in the shower, I have reported this multiple times and it has been months since it has started but nothing has been done about it!! Their is water leaking from the ceiling all over my bedroom and it has been 5 days and their is a horrible smell of dirty water all over my room and I have been sleeping on the couch to avoid getting sick. The contractor was supposed to come in as soon as it happened but they keep delaying them coming in everyday and Im still forced to live in these conditions. Last month they left me with no electricity for a week, all my food went bad, I was forced to live elsewhere and I was promised somebody was going to come in everyday and I would wait in my apartment the whole day and nobody would come in to fix the electricity!! Just recently I have had a few plug sockets not working randomly and the contractor came down looked at it and left and did not do anything!!! Avoid living here at all costs trust me

Student accommodation advertised as luxury flat by Resify. Photos are extremely misleading. Kitchen lacks basic equipment such as chopping board, bottle opener or decent-size saucepan. Oven door is broken. Leak in the bathroom with dirty water dripping from ceiling into shower. Double bed is small and mattress is so bland that we ended up sleeping on the floor. Building is noisy and common spaces like corridors get very dirty and smelly at weekends.

Amazing place

Fantastic location in the city centre, modern practical living spaces. There has been a recent take over in management and the building is under great care.

On moving day we walked into a building site, the flat had no shower, no kitchen and just wires hanging out of the walls

It is very nice place. I am stay in 2 bed room type which compose of 2 medium bed rooms, a kitchen, and a large simple bath room. The location is perfect, more than 2 local groceries are around here. Tram and bus stops are nereby, just 2-3 minutes walk away. The popular place including city center, the moor, and University of Sheffield are not far away. However, there are some noisy at Friday night. Finally, overall is good, I would recommend this place.
