Visited today with my daughter who needed to prepare for her first year of secondary school. The staff were friendly and very helpful. You can still try on the school clothing in the fitting room and the shop is extremely well stocked and laid out. The shop assistant could tell pretty much all of my daughters sizes by sight, which made the fitting experience really pleasant as most items fitted straight away . I was also really impressed that items that have been tried on and don't fit are immediately put into a quarantine box to stop anyone else from trying them on for a certain period of time. There was one item that they didn't have in my daughters size, so they ordered it for home delivery for free. Very impressed with the service .

Went with my daughter and granddaughter to buy uniform for our granddaughter's new high school. The young lady who served us was extremely helpful making it easy to find everything we needed.

What a lovely warm welcome we had. They staff were so helpful and professional and really made the whole 'Uniform shopping ' a lot easier. There was plenty of stock and we managed to get everything we need. It's a definite 5 * for us and would highly recommend it.

A fantastic place to go and get my children’s uniform. The staff were incredibly helpful and so friendly, they could not do enough to help us. The shop was well stocked which meant I don’t have to go to more then once place when sorting their uniform. Would definitely recommend to other parents.

Lack of communication to schools about the need to book for an appointment. We arrived in the shop and the man at the till told us we needed an appointment. He said it was on the website. True enough when looking on a phone there is a small booking icon at the top. However the information we received from our school didn't inform us of this. My wife then went upstairs and he fitted us in with a huff and a tut and then whilst my wife was walking downstairs she could here the man talking badly about her to another customer!! Disgusting customer service. I would revalidate your website design to make it more clear and also inform schools that when sending out information to parents booking is essential.

Clothes shopping for school. Messed up shirts so had to go back again and pay the £3 extra for the privilege of their mistake.
