Popped in today to pick up some wool. I hadn't known this shop was here in Bexhill and it was a wonderful suprise. They had exactly what I needed, the price was great and they were lovely and friendly. I will definitely be back!

A brilliantly run, independent haberdashery: full to the brim with anything you need for a sewing or knitting project. The owners are always on hand to give excellent advice and the atmosphere is enhanced with classical music. I can't recommend enough.

Jacobs haberdashery is an amazing family run, local business which is a wonder of treasures and sewing delights! The staff are all very kind, helpful and friendly and no question is too trivial or purchase too small. They are welcoming and knowledgeable and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. They have helped me immensely on my sewing journey and I feel like a trip to the shop is an experience which I look forward to week on week and there are not many shops any more that are like that and have the same charm. My mother has also shopped at Jacobs haberdashery as did my grandmother before and so it is clearly a constant and reliable shop. Natalie, Sammi and Hal are very friendly as are the rest of the family and I always look forward to going back! Thank you all!
