The
true
worth
of
a
company
is
often
seen
not
when
things
go
smoothly
but
in
adversity
or
when
things
don't
go
as
expected.
I
used
TaylorsMirfield
as
they
are
mentioned
on
a
forum
I
frequent
and
I
saw
some
pen
kits
I'd
like
to
try
and
the
prices
looked
good.
Well
first
order
seemed
smooth
enough,
but
on
receipt
there
was
an
error,
I
had
been
sent
a
courtesy
email
thanking
me
for
my
business
so
responded
to
that
explaining
the
error
and
asking
how
it
could
be
rectified.
I
got
a
same
day
response
(it
was
the
weekend)
from
Dan
apologising
and
telling
me
he
would
send
a
replacement.
I
used
one
of
the
kits
I
purchased
and
was
very
impressed
with
the
quality
and
ordered
some
more....
Now
unfortunately
my
replacement
was
bundled
with
the
additional
order
and
Royal
Mail
have
damaged
it
-
noted
by
the
packaging
and
crushed
tube,
not
a
great
start...Another
mail
to
Dan,
another
immediate
response
and
another
replacement
will
be
sent.
What
can
you
say
-
two
unfortunate
incidents,
one
absolutely
no
fault
whatsoever
but
exemplary
customer
service
in
both
instances
and
the
quality
of
the
pen
kits
is
fantastic,
and
at
very
good
prices.
On
the
basis
of
these
experiences
and
the
quality
of
the
kits
all
I
can
say
is
I
have
absolutely
no
hesitation
in
recommending
Dan
&
TaylorsMirfield.
