I was overdue with my first baby and I’d tried all the “tricks” in the book (spicy curries, walking, ball bouncing etc.) I booked into two acupuncture sessions with Karla and I went into labour 12 hours after the second session. I was beyond delighted as it meant I didn’t have to have a medical induction and could have the medication-free birth I wanted. Highly recommend! Karla tailored the sessions for my personal circumstances, was friendly and professional. I just wish I’d gone sooner!

Karla creates a very relaxing and warm atmosphere for her clients. I always feel calmer stepping into her space. The process of getting the needles applied is fast and happens nearly without me noticing. I always feel rejuvenated and more relaxed when leaving her practice.

Kayla managed to fit me in last minute for a labour induction session. This was my first ever acupuncture session and she made it very comfortable even though I was quite apprehensive. Kayla was very knowledgeable, asked the right questions and gave me further advice. Too early to say if helped/worked but did feel slightly more relaxed afterwards.
