This was Freddie’s second stay at Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel but his first at Winchmore Hill. He loved it! He loved all the fuss and attention Emma gave him and we loved all the updates we received. The postcard was such a lovely touch.

Our cat, Monty, clearly had a wonderful at Longcroft! When we brought him home we found that he had gained in self-confidence (he is a shy 2 year old) and was very affectionate and talkative! His coat was immaculate after a Spa grooming treatment too!! Thank you, Emma, for such excellent care and we will be booking again very soon.

This was the 2nd stay for our beautiful cat at Longcroft Winchmore Hill. As before, Emma provided us with a 5 star service... she is so friendly and professional, and our cat comes home looking so calm, sleek, shiny and with a lovely goody bag! With regular contact from Emma and email pictures throughout our holiday, we were happy to see Malteser enjoying her playtime with Emma in Longcroft, using the climbing frame and snoozing in her luxury suite...

Our two cats loved being at Longcroft. They share a suite and we got regular photos of them. They were really relaxed when we picked them up and they still play with the toys Emma gave them.

The owner was very rude, and when I asked if I can come and see the cattery and talk about my cat staying there Emma the owner said she doesn’t have time to show me around! I would NEVER leave my cat with someone who doesn’t even want to know what cat is it and what his character and behaviour is. She just expected me to drop the cat and go. I never heat someone so unprofessional, not interested in the cat and rude. Two cat hotel which I’m using now, both owners came to my home to meet the cat at my home! They wanted to know all about the cat and his needs!

Emma was very communicable and easy to liaise with when booking our kittens’ stay at Longcroft. Staff are very flexible when it comes to dropping off and picking up which helped us immensely. The cats returned to us as happy as kittens can be, together with a lovely goody bag of toys which they still love to play with now. We’re glad to have found Longcroft, and will definitely be sending the kittens there in the future, especially as it is local and reasonably priced for the service provided.

Suki stayed at Longcroft for three weeks and was made to feel very at home. I received a few pictures of her during her stay and regular contact to tell me how she was getting on. Lovely warm cosy rooms and nice look out posts. She looked very well and happy when I picked her up. I would be more than happy to send Suki here again.

My 5 indoor cats are always anxious when they’re away from home but their stay at Longcroft meant that they were able to be together which was a huge comfort to me as at other cattery’s they have been separated. I highly recommend and will be booking again for another stay in the future.
