Awesome company! Ordered a bag and matching hatinator late one Thursday afternoon. Within minutes I received a call from a very helpful chap checking to see if I really wanted 2 hats.....I'd made a mistake. So grateful for them checking. He corrected the order, arranged the refund and the items arrived Saturday morning. Exactly what I wanted. Well done team. I dont need hats etc that often but if I do, I'm coming to you guys!

Beautiful silver grey colour, really well made. It can be clipped on or you can use the headband. It’s just perfect. The service was fast on next day delivery. I ordered two different designs for choice to match my dress. They arrived in good time, beautifully packaged. The colours were true to the website, turquoise and a perfect match for my dress. I kept the headband design which is stunning and comfortable to wear. There was no problem returning the unwanted item and obtaining a refund. Hi, just to say a big thank you for brilliant customer service! You took the trouble to phone me shortly after I placed the order to explain about delays on next day deliveries because of the Post Office strike days, and you offered to put it with DPD instead. I hadn’t thought about the P.O. delays, but had only in any case expected delivery on Monday (yesterday) at the earliest because I placed the order after 3pm on Thursday …it arrived on Saturday! Your thoughtful, considerate and proactive approach is so rare these days, and as such is especially appreciated and applauded! By the way, the fascinator is great too!!! Many thanks!!! Eileen

Gorgeous items, very good value for money. The colour of the satin loops on the fascinator is practically identical to my shoe colour, couldn’t have asked for better! I would like to highly recommend this company. I was looking for a hat for my daughters wedding next month and originally was looking for a blue to match my dress.
