We managed to get in via a post on Facebook saying a table was available this evening. We arrived to a small establishment located round other shops with plenty of parking around. Upon entering the decor is just perfect for this location and definitely in the style of a bistro. The menu is varied but not to large that you didn’t know what to choose. As it was a Sunday I choose the Sunday roast and my partner picked the steak pie. We wasn’t disappointed and the meats just melted in your mouth. As the portions where quite large I missed out on the puddings. While we sat we noticed a very nice steak go by. I definitely will be back to try this. Just a reminder this establishment is a small business and prefer to have the bill settled in cash so do take some with you.

Amazing place - good food in a quaint little bistro. Quality food - good service - wait times are good. Looks small from the outside but it's like a TARDIS on the inside didn't seem small. Good menu available. Better than sitting in a pub with people getting drunk. Support a small local businesses

Fabulous food and the service is amazing. Never had a bad meal. The steaks and Sunday lunch are fabulous Highly recommend.

The food is absolutely fabulous, all home made, and the chips are to die for, Paul and Andy make you welcome.

Forget the gastro pubs with their oven chips and ready prepared microwaved attempts. Bistro is the real deal, Paul and Andy will treat you to one of the best meals around at no extra cost. We are regular customers and have never left without being delighted with our meals, the service or the price. Highly recommended but, don't take my word for it, book it, try it and I guarantee you that won't be disappointed.

Best meal out I’d had for a long time all fresh ingredients and chef made. I was so full I couldn’t move. Paul (owner and front of house) was extremely friendly and I would highly recommend. I will definitely be going again once I’ve burnt the last meal off 😂😂

Travelled from wakefield on recommendation from family member for a birthday meal and what a gem of a place. Could not fault the food at all and all at the rite price, the owners are fantastic friendly and abliging will definitely be back and thank you Vicki brown for the heads up...
