Do yourself a favour and don't go to this place. I've never been to a place as dirty as this one. I was so disgusted that I left after 10 mins

Sadly, we will NOT return. Our first visit and the place really appealed, so we hoped to make it a regular stop....BUT NO WAY. We both ordered a latte, and it's was simply horrible and undrinkable. We mentioned we'd got the wrong drink, but oh no "that's a latte" so, wrong attitude too. Such a shame, I hate leaving bad reviews, but as you'll see I'm not the only one.

Disappointing really. Coffee average, atmosphere lacking, food ok.

Really disappointing, the coffee was pretty much milky water with no other flavour and the toasted sandwich had very little cheese in (this was the main ingredient). On the bright side the cheese cake was good but I'd not go back.

Absolutely no rush to get your food or drinks to you. Overpriced for the quality of food which was almost inedible for something as simple as a panini. Hot chocolate was watery and tasteless. Best thing on the table was the tap water. Would've asked for a refund like the next table but we promptly left to go find food elsewhere. Reluctantly went to Greggs as we love to support local businesses but with food, drinks and service this poor, is it no wonder chains are booming.

As a couple we went for lunch today. My coffee was like dishwasher. My partners tea arrived approx 10 mins later. Then my panini arrived 10 mins later. Then a further 10 mins before my partners jacket spud arrived, which had chilled beans on. I like to support local businesses, but will not be returning . very poor, run by young kids with not much of a clue.

I was hoping this would be an independent coffee shop to support whilst having a quick coffee in the sunshine. I ordered a flat white, and the coffee was a mildly warm milky cup of water more like a bad latte. The staff did refund my coffee and I hoped to feedback and have a conversation but they didn't seem to care overly and said the machines had just been turned on, the expectation was I should just accept my bad coffee (?).

Wish we went somewhere else. Ordered 2 jacket potato and 2 lattees for us. Served potato on very small tea plate so when tried to cut it up kept falling of plate. Only a small sprinkle of cheese with 2 slices of thin cucumber and 1 quarter of tomatoes . Not worth the over £5 price. Lattee was okay. Not asked if wanted any butter for jacket potato, ( it was very dry )or salad cream etc. The young girl serving us was very miserable and when we asked when they close ,replied" should be 4,30 or when last customer leaves" We were last customer so felt like eat up and clear off. Not a good experience as when we go places we try to support local businesses ,wished we had gone to Starbucks across the road.

We sat there for 5 minutes before getting served, food took 40 min and came individually so each finished before someone's else came. Order was not correct and nobody smiled. Over priced, food not very nice service poor

Awful! After reading previous reviews I feel no further explanation is required; just wish I’d read them before we ordered.
